Sound is excellent. They've fallen out a few times but For the most part they stay put during workouts.

i really love this product. sweat resistant, long battery life, no pain in the ear , bit expensive but worth it.

A perfect headset for anyone who wants to go wireless great for running and playing golf when u want to tune your surroundings out. I use it when I shoot billiards.

I bought these after losing my charging case and one of my Apple AirPods. To me, the sound quality is about equal but they are a little less intuitive to use vis a vis the AirPods. Even when I have them in and playing music sometimes when a call comes in the audio reverts to my iPhone and manually have to switch the audio to the Bose ear pods. I have had a few other wireless headphones but these are hands down the best. They stay in my ear no matter what activity I use them for.

I had to get the update so that the left one would not cut out periodically. After that, it was smooth listening. Glad I spent the extra money for the Bose quality.

Great Sound quality. But the battery drains too fast even when you are not using it.

The sound quality is very good. I used them for jogging and didn't like how they fit. They hang out of your ears so far, I thought it looked stupid. I mountain bike as well and didn't trust them staying in. I ended up returning g them and got something better for my application. I would recommend them for sound quality but they were not the best in my oppinion.
