Good sound battery life on the case wasn’t great but worth the money.

I bought these after my Beats gave out for the third time. The sound quality esp on the lows was great. However, for one reason or another, the left earpiece would disconnect without warning and then fail to reconnect even after rebooting. It happened too often and I finally returned them, It was frustrating because I really wanted to like these.

Good sound , call quality is good but only works in right ear . Videos have delay in sound.

Have used these headphones roughly 5 times a week for over a year and have had no issues. Quality sound and have recommended to many!

The Bose wireless headphones are light weight and the sound is very clear. The case is sturdy and easily fits easily in my pocket. I love them.

Earbuds would not connect properly with Sony TV. Connected but sound was distorted.

Lasted for a few months before I lost both of them. Kinda wish there was the option to have at attached laynard. Kinda pricy too!!!

These ear buds are fantastic and they have Wesome quality bass sound that only Boise can produce. Great sound for the sound quality.

TL;DR These headphones sound great, have plenty of volume. Work on their own just fine if only using one earbud (except the right ear bud is required for phone calls). For starters, I have a pair of the original Soundsport wireless headphones (with the wire connecting the earbuds). I really enjoyed them. They sounded good for wireless earbuds, battery life was okay, and they were comfortable. The Bose StayHear+ sport tips could be a little softer, and may cause discomfort during long sessions of use. As the tips broke in, this discomfort decreased. I was willing to accept this because I never had issues with them falling out during exercise. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones are a significant improvement on the original Soundsports. The audio quality is much better and they are significantly louder than the current "wired" Soundsport wireless headphones. They are only slightly larger than the original Soundsports, so I have grown accustomed to how they look. They are still 100s times better than the old school bluetooth ear pieces from the past. However, I have already found myself using 1 earbud only while I am in public places (especially when listening to audiobooks). This gives the appearance of me wearing a bluetooth headset from the past, but oh well. The charging case works nicely, but I have noticed if one earbud is full, it does not seem to charge the other, but I could be wrong. Again, this is from me using one at a time frequently. I love how easy it is to put them back though, I always hated trying to plug in the original Soundsports in their charging case (plus it was an additional cost). Cons: My only real complaint is that they can only connect to one device at a time. This is because the earbuds have to connect to each other while also connecting to the device your using. But, I have the bose app to help switch them back and forth. If you are even slightly tech savy, it is pretty easy to switch from device to device. Simply hold the bluetooth button on the earbud to disconnect, it will automatically be ready to connect to a different device. Use either the connect app or the bluetooth menu on the other device. I have read complaints about video syncing in other reviews, I personally don't use these headphones much for video viewing, so this does not bother me. I could be as simple as a software update to fix, but I am not sure.

So I bought these headphones expecting something much better. The left headphone cuts out way too often, sometimes it's for a second or 2 at a time, or sometimes it's for much longer and I need to reset the headphones. They could also use much more bass, they're decent quality but beats sound much better, overall not worth the money

The noise cancelling works great. Awesome sound. Bluetooth very easy to set up.

I know Bose has very good sounds so I purchased this. It does have very good sounds when playing songs but only one headphone works when talking on the phone. I thought the other headphone was not connected but when I played a song, both of them worked! Also, they stick out of your ear, making you look awkward. I had to return it.
