TL;DR These headphones sound great, have plenty of volume. Work on their own just fine if only using one earbud (except the right ear bud is required for phone calls). For starters, I have a pair of the original Soundsport wireless headphones (with the wire connecting the earbuds). I really enjoyed them. They sounded good for wireless earbuds, battery life was okay, and they were comfortable. The Bose StayHear+ sport tips could be a little softer, and may cause discomfort during long sessions of use. As the tips broke in, this discomfort decreased. I was willing to accept this because I never had issues with them falling out during exercise. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones are a significant improvement on the original Soundsports. The audio quality is much better and they are significantly louder than the current "wired" Soundsport wireless headphones. They are only slightly larger than the original Soundsports, so I have grown accustomed to how they look. They are still 100s times better than the old school bluetooth ear pieces from the past. However, I have already found myself using 1 earbud only while I am in public places (especially when listening to audiobooks). This gives the appearance of me wearing a bluetooth headset from the past, but oh well. The charging case works nicely, but I have noticed if one earbud is full, it does not seem to charge the other, but I could be wrong. Again, this is from me using one at a time frequently. I love how easy it is to put them back though, I always hated trying to plug in the original Soundsports in their charging case (plus it was an additional cost). Cons: My only real complaint is that they can only connect to one device at a time. This is because the earbuds have to connect to each other while also connecting to the device your using. But, I have the bose app to help switch them back and forth. If you are even slightly tech savy, it is pretty easy to switch from device to device. Simply hold the bluetooth button on the earbud to disconnect, it will automatically be ready to connect to a different device. Use either the connect app or the bluetooth menu on the other device. I have read complaints about video syncing in other reviews, I personally don't use these headphones much for video viewing, so this does not bother me. I could be as simple as a software update to fix, but I am not sure.

Bose is one the best audio brand and these headphones will speak for them, They are the best quality audio wireless headphones

The sound is great but the ear pieces aren’t very comfortable.

Picked these up a couple of months ago, and I gotta say I hadn’t found a decent sounding wireless headphone but these are the real deal!

These are definitely worth the price and I was surprised how well they stay in my ears based on the design. No complaints

These ear buds deliver great sound. I accidentally bought the Sony equivalent didn't like them and returned them for the Bose. So glad I did!

I love using these at work,wish they were a little smaller though to fit in my ear but I run and work out in them with no problem

I recommend this wireless headphones; aside from being pretty the sound is incredible. They are worth their price.

The sound quality of these ear buds is amazing! The only thing I wish Bose would change is adding an equalizer to the Connect app.

Purchased the Samsung ones and they kept going out in the left ear. So far the Bose ones have been great and provide great sound quality.

These are easy to set up and are terrific! They provide fantastic sound and the noise cancellation is great. Docking station makes charging easy!

It does have a clear sound and app to find it is a great feature. The only thing I would add it's be able to do calls with both pieces

My Brother in law liked this awesome gift. He Likes the battery life and using one at a time to increase the battery usage.

These are perfect. I'm a little hard off hearing and they work perfectly for me. Very comfortable also.

Purchased these just prior to going on a 15 Day cruise. Was amazed at the quality sound and distance I could be from my phone.

Bluetooth works great, good sound quality. Purchased as an upgrade from the original soundsport wireless and am so far very pleased.

Sound and fit better than air pods. Wish they had wireless charging and bass was deeper
