I am really enjoying this product. I was looking for good sound and this product has it.

It is exactly what I needed for my morning runs! I dont worry about them falling out or anything like that.

The name says it all. Quality and sound is great. Easy to sync with all my devises Apple, Samsung and android.

As it's Bose, it always has the best sound quality. However, it feels little bulky on my ear.

I can enjoy my music and nobody can release that! It’s discrete and I can receive phone call or make works great and good sound!!

These headphones are excellent. I am able to use them while connected to my iPhone without any issue. Sound quality is excellent.

The buds fit nicely and the sound is awesome when both buds are in sync. However, the Left buds Drops the sound often and it can be for a second or minute. Tried everything on the Bose Community site recommendations but still does not work. Thinking to trade them in for something else. I would not recommend them.

Best sounding buds on the market. They are really easy to use and much better than the overrated ones from Apple.

I'm coming from SoundSport wireless headphones so when these were announced I was interested. Bose really knows how to make ear tips because these seem to be the only headphones that actually stay in my ears no matter what activity I'm doing. The audio quality of the FREE's are top notch as are the SoundSport wireless's. Bass is not too excessive but its present. It doesn't have noise-cancelling so you will hear some surrounding noise depending on how loud you have them. I wasn't specifically looking for NC anyway as I like to hear a little noise around me to be cautious. I just like that there is no wire to fiddle with. At times the Soundsport wireless wire just got annoying. Now to the reason I removed 1 star...my first initial use of these at the gym, the left earphone was cutting on and off. It happened a handful of times in my 1 and 1/2 hour session. Read the online forums and appears this is a known issue that others have experienced and according to Bose's responses, basically it is what it is in order to be truly wireless. For $250, that's not acceptable if you ask me. Maybe if they were $150, I'd let it pass but your paying a premium for this brand and I expect a flaw but not a connection flaw. Good news is, I used these for a couple hours at work yesterday and no cut-off issues. I used them at the gym this AM and again no cut-off issues. Maybe the connection just needed a "break-in"? I don't know. Nonetheless, I'm still within my return period so I will monitor the frequency that the cut-off happens. I love these but the cut-off is whats going to determine if I return these or not.

Ear buds work great. Love that the case is a backup battery that will recharge them even if not plugged in. Well a couple times it will.
