The app was engineered to provide a simple, user-friendly pairing/connection experience with compatible Bose Bluetooth products. However, you can certainly pair and connect the headphones using the Bluetooth settings menu in your mobile device, without using the app. Best regards. Brian - Bose Support

I believe the ear buds are just too big for my ears. They sound nice but to me it's not a big difference from the white apple air buds. I lost mine and bought these expecting even a better sound but in my opinion it wasn't. Wil exchange and buy another pair of apple air buds.

Not suitable for running in my opinion. I had to return mine because of that. Other than that its sound is awesome.
