I couldn't handle that even though they sound great so I returned them. You may have better luck based on how they fit your ears.

Needs Improvement

There’s a glitch in the software were the left earbud goes our every now and then. Overall the earbuds are nice aside from that issue. I would recommend these only if they fix the glitch.

You may have done this already, but we recommend updating the headphones and then testing the left ear connection again.
