Not as great as I expected!

I paired to my iPhone but sometimes it would disconnect from the phone while I am using it, and when I try to connect again it wouldn't let me. Not what I was expecting from Bose headphones!

Sometimes if you are facing issues with your headphones a quick refresh helps. We can do this by updating the firmware at btu.bose.com. Another great thing to try is clearing the Bluetooth pairing list. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds and the headphones will tell you when it is cleared.
