Unfortunately, this looked odd on her thin face as they extend out of the ear far too much for an attractive look. However, the sound quality was 5 stars!

I know other individuals who have also purchased these. The sound quality and ear fit is good. I love the charging case. It keeps my headphones at 100% as much as possible. I hope that these have a long use life as well.

Compared to other brands in the market with similar or cheaper price (i.e. Sonny, etc.) I would say this is the best value for the quality of the product. You may be paying abit for the "Brand" but at the end "You pay for what you get" :0) The quality of the sound is great. I use the headset in my workout and I dont listen to loud music, and yet I could hear the Quality in the sound! In my opinion below summerizes my review of the product: ++Pros: - Great sound quality - Great fit, espicially if you use it for workout - Quick charge up, when it`s almost fully discharged - Quick connect (thru Bose Connect App) - Battery % announcement, every time you take it out of the charging box - Reliable connectivity *********************************************** --Cons: - No visible LED light to provide battery charge % (i.e. yellow, red . . ) - Reversed Vol. Up/Dwn bottons. (Vol + is on the back, Vol.- is on the front) - Delayed sound of Video (which is a common drawback for this line of product, not specific to this brand).

Posted .Hello Matt, thank you for your feedback! We’ve heard from some customers who are experiencing audio synchronization delays while watching videos. We know truly wireless headphones are subject to some latency between audio and video, but the feedback we received indicated that the product wasn’t performing how we expected.
Our engineers have identified the cause for this issue, and are currently working on a software update that will be made available to customers by mid-December. This update will substantially improve audio video synchronization for those using Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we are currently evaluating other popular Bluetooth devices.
