This blows them all out of the water! I did have a battery problem early on and it needed replacement. Bose paid shipment both ways and gave me a new pair. It took only four-days from sending to receiving the replacement. Incredible company. So easy!

If it is misplaced throw away your money.

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review of the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. Glad to hear you're enjoying the sound quality and fit. Just to let you know, the headphones were designed for single earbud usage while on phone calls due to the limitations of the Truly Wireless technology where the Hands-Free profile is unable to send call audio to the other earbud. However, audio will come through both earbuds when you are listening to music from your Bluetooth devices, as long as they are correctly paired with a A2DP profile.
