Not the quality I expected

Updated and didn’t seem to get better. The fit in the ear was great, these things were not falling out even in my ears and I have a very hard time finding earbuds that stay. The sound was just not quite what I expected from a Bose product, the seal just was not there and the sound stage felt a tad hollow with these. The quiet comfort 30 neckband is the complete opposite and I am loving those. Will try the total wireless with Bose again then the earbuds 500/700 come out later

This blows them all out of the water! I did have a battery problem early on and it needed replacement. Bose paid shipment both ways and gave me a new pair. It took only four-days from sending to receiving the replacement. Incredible company. So easy!

Great laptop

Versatile, 2 in 1 design. Very fast processor, graphic card is great. Pencil stylus is very smooth and responsive. Keyboard is excellent and feels great, responsive. Display is great, bright and true colors, works as tablet. It’s portrait mode is very intuitive as well.

Even with with 3 earbuds they were bulky and hard to keep in the ears, jogging with them in would stay in ?!
