When she couldn't find them I was ready to buy another set to replace them until she said the app had a locator function on it. She ran it and we scoured the house until we found them in her coat pocket in the closet. That one free app feature saved me several hundred dollars. I'm a verified Bose user now for life!

I’m hoping that’s been resolved with this new set but we shall see other than that they’re great

I still prefer the wire connecting them. The battery indicator lights on my charger don’t work so I never know if the case has any charge in it. I’m also not loving that I have to bring the case with me.
