These are pretty cool. The Bluetooth music cuts out a couple times so I’m not sure if that’s my phone or the headphones. The case is neat to charge them. I don’t like how it looks bulky when you are wearing them but the sound is very good!

These Bose headphones are absolutely the best headphones I have ever used, and I am not one to give high praise to many products. As background, I have had six pair of Bluetooth sport headphones over the past 2 years and have been disappointed with the sound quality and volume of nearly all the high end earbuds. These Bose headphones are light years better than the rest in both sound quality and design. After using them for a few days, here are the things I like and dislike about them. First of all, the headphones have great sound quality. The sound quality is absolutely stunning for such small earbuds. The bass reaches levels that I haven't heard since using over the ear headphones. And the volume reaches the levels needed to drown out all exterior noises and really let you rock out. The second great thing about these is the fit. The headphones have no wire connecting the earbuds so all of the batteries and chips are in the earbuds that go into your ears. At first they feel like they are going to fall out, and of course I worried about losing one since they are not attached with a wire. However, they stayed in perfectly, even after swinging my head around and hitting one side like I was trying to get water out of my ear. Also, although I didn't turn it on, there is an app to locate a lost earbud, just in case one were to get knocked out while exercising / putting glasses on / by a bike helmet etc. With the wireless headphones that have a cord between the earbuds I find that I don't like turning my head to look for cars because it pulls on the other ear. With these, it is much easier to look backwards (important when you are running or walking with them#. The next cool thing about these headphones is the case. The case is a hard case that is used to secure, protect and charge the earbuds. The battery life is relatively short at 5 hours, but I think that is because the sound is so good. When the earbuds lose charge, you can charge them twice using the carrying case - even if it is not plugged in. In other words, the case carries 10 hours of charge in it. One last positive about these headphones is that they worked very well when taking a call. Despite the microphone being located on the earbud, the caller could hear my voice crystal clear, even when outside in the wind. Now for what I don't like about the headphones. To be honest, there isn't anything I don't like about these except that maybe the size #they are a little bigger than some others), but that is partially to make up for not having a wire connection and also to produce the awesome sound quality and bass. Also, I would note that I have had trouble with the left earbud staying connected. I am going through Bose support to have it replaced, and am not going to let it affect this review. Overall, as I'm sure you can tell, I am impressed with these headphones and highly recommend them.

Sounds great but unlike my Other play sport By Bose these don’t connect to two different sources. Which I realize comes in very handy when using on computer and can’t use to answer an incoming phone call.

I absolutely love Bose sound quality. Wholeheartedly dissappointed that left ear buds cut out sporadically whether music or call. I dont usually review comments about Bose because I know I love sound quality. In this case, should have read comments because lots of customers had same problem, older & recent purchases, of the Bose wireless headphones!! I threw away box as soon as opened otherwise I would have returned for refund. Dont buy these headphones

I've had to replace these due to the sound going in and out. They worked great for a few months, but not so much after that. Make sure that you purchase the protection with these.

I bought these for my wife who enjoys Bose products. The sound quality is pretty good, but the earbuds are very big and bulky. She would definitely enjoy them more if they were smaller.

The left ear piece has a tendency to just go out, and come back randomly... I returned one pair because of this issue and got another, and still having the same problem..

I like the sound quality of the wireless headphones my only issue is that the right and left ear piece don’t work independently of each other. I can’t charge the right while listening to the left!

I bought them during Christmas for my wife. Only six months with the wireless headphones and the left one is already not working. Sent them to Bose on a one year warranty replacement. Waiting to hear back from them.

Half the time only one of them works. It’s difficult to accept calls or press the volume buttons. Way too expensive for the limited use. Next time I’ll just get airbuds.

they do everything they say they're going to do My issue with them is that if you lose the right side earbud you have to buy a new set because they can't send you individual earbuds.

The sound was great like all Bose products. They do not have a long battery life on the case or EarPods. They also don’t stay paired to the phone. We needed to return.

I used the product for less than a year, it was perfectly fine but after that, the other half stopped working. Good thing, it was still still covered by warranty. Am waiting for an exchange.

The headphones themselves sound great however if you are not a frequent user the case and the headphones go dead within a matter of a couple days. I bought this to replace the tethered previous version which I had left in a restaurant and assumed were lost. However I got them back and noticed after 3 months of no use they were still charged in the “sold separately” Bose charger case. I reach for these occasionally and when I do they’re drained of battery. So I’m still glad I have the old ones around.

They sound amazing, as you would expect from Bose. But this things stick out of your ear so far it feel so awkward. I returned them because of this reason.

They are awesome but the charger that best buy recommended doesn't fit the headphones, thank you for making me the wrong recommendation to purchase the charger for nothing because doesn't fit the headphones

These headphones are great for the price. Just wish both headphones had a mic. I usually have to have 1 side out while i work so once the right side dies thats it. But other than that the headphones are great. Take some getting use to when placing in your ear but overall excellent.

Hands down one of the best quality wireless headphones made. The only issue is the fitting - my 1st pair (when using the medium inner-ear rings) fit perfect. On this 2nd pair I purchased, the medium-size inner ear rings just didn’t fit as snuggly.
