Been using them for about a month and I love them. Bluetooth setup is only on your right ear though so any calls are only from right side. Same goes for music you cant switch off ears unless there both active.

only thing I wish you could use the left or right individually if the right side runs out of battery you can not use the left I use them for work unfortunately i can only use one speaker

I have two sets of the Bose earbuds to get me through the day. I personally love them, but they aren't great for your phone call participants. The Plantronics are much better if you often make calls in noisy environments.

Bought the buds a few weeks ago knowing I'd be out of town for two weeks or past the time I could return them if I didn't like them the manager told me "no problem" just see me. The comment made me comfortable to take them and now I'm an owner. Good job on the part of BB.

These work very well and stay in my ears even when running. The tend to loose connection with my phone every now and then but this could be my fault. Not to tech savy! Haha

Use these for cycling (only use in one ear). I seat a lot and they hold up pretty well. The issue I had was with the earbuds holding their charge while not in use.

I love this boss but there is one thing I didn't like when you are on a call only one side works. The other side is off. You can hear it the person speak one side. I wish they both work.

I purchased these for my husband for Christmas and he has not put them down yet. The only negative thing about them is that he has to get used to the one ear being talked into. Other than that he absolutely love them!

Overall sound and ease of use these have been the best. Only complaint is I can’t listen with them in a sauna environment they overheat and turn off. Wondering if the new Powerbeats Pro will rectify this issue.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday! He’s a car salesman and always on his phone! He’s also a DJ and loves listening to music. He wears these everyday because they’re slick so he can listen to music while walking the lots but once he gets a call can answer right away. They’re awesome!

I love these Bose Wireless Earbuds so much that we own serval pairs because my kids keep borrowing mine. I can go all over the house without loosing the Bluetooth connection. I highly recommend these and I own several different types and these are my favorite.

Let me first say that these ear buds have worked flawlessly and I have had zero problems with their function. The two things I do. It like about these ear buds is 1) they stick out fairly far. This makes them feel a little awkward due to the leverage from how far the outside piece sticks out. This designs also makes it impossible to wear a hat over your ears or lay your head on anything with them in. 2) I don’t feel like they are loud enough. Even when they are turned up all the way, I could still hear people talking over the music. I feel like they need to be at least 25% louder for average gym use.

Works pretty good! better than the ones I used to have before (beats). But the bad thing about it you can’t use the left one for sh1+ without using the right headphone.

The left earbud cuts out when you turn your head quickly. I think it has to do with the master/slave (racially insensitive term) tech that allows the connection.

I bought these headphones as a gift for my dad for Christmas. The sound was pretty good, but the bass was no where near up to par with other true wireless headphones. Another annoying thing is that my dad likes to make phone calls with his headphones, but with the Bose calls only go through the right earbud, and there is no way to have the phone call go through both buds. The headphones themselves also stuck out pretty far and did not fit very snug in his ears.

Besides the fact these look a little ridiculous in your ears these are great headphones. Bluetooth connectivity can be challenging at times requiring you to reconnect.

You will still get that classic Bose sound from these truly wireless ear buds. The charging case is really cool and well designed. Bose knocks another product type out of the park. Will work with Android or iOS, but some app functionality is reportedly limited with iOS.

The sound quality is much better than the wired Soundsport. in fact the sound quality is almost as good as my wired Shure headphones and that is saying something. they fit very well as I have never found any ear buds that fit as securely as Bose. the "ear fin" makes all the difference in the world. I like the fact that I can use the right one only as I really miss the discontinued Bose ear bud that came out a few years ago. This allows me to be at work and use the right ear bud only for phone calls etc. and still listen to music while having my left ear free to hear what is going on around me.

If only they stayed in your ears while running and looked better. I didn’t care so much how they looked or the oversized case, but I could not run with them - these do stay in for some folks - depends on your ear shape.

The first couple of earpods u had were bad. If you don't buy the protection package from best buy you'll have to go directly with the brand, however, bose gave me a new pair of airpods with no hesitate.
