These sound awesome BUT the left ear bud keeps cutting out. I can not get the "find my ear buds" to work and they do not stay in my ears. I have tried the different sizes and they still fall out! I am not even running or moving alot I am simply laying on a weight bench! Hard to adjust volume or pause etc. Buttons are difficult to use. Definitely a waste of $200! I can not return them because it is past the 15 day period! Not happy with them at all!

..and they still work! Wife uses them all the time - huge step up compared to having wired headphones (even bluetooth headphones with a wire connecting the two earbuds). True wireless is the way to go.

I had a pair of SoundSport Pulse prior to these. Absolutely love the SoundSport free. Wish it had a physical power button and could hear calls from both earbuds.

The technology specs (apps, noise canceling, sound quality) are awesome, but they stick out of ears pretty bad and are bulky. I was embrassed to wear them in public.

The Bluetooth would disconnect everytime I tried to play music as soon as I press play the Bose would disconnect. They would let me make a phone call on them however as soon as I got more than 5 feet away from my phone they would again disconnect. I figured I just had a faulty pair so I exchanged them for another pair and had the same exact problem. They would connect to my girlfriends android phone and worked perfect the sound was great and the mic was clear as could be. I then exchanged that pair again and tried them with my iPhone once more and same issue I then did some research online and found out that these earbuds have had this same issue for over 2 years. It say on the box made for iPhone Or iPad But yet they wouldn’t work correctly on my iPhone 6. I called Bose and they blame the problem on Apple. Apple blames the problem on Bose and like I said this issue has been going on for over 2 years so instead of spending another several hundred dollars for a new phone I decided to return the earbuds and get a refund. I really really liked these earbuds and wish they would have worked because they have the best sound quality I’ve came across but since both companies have decided to not resolve the issue I couldn’t use them.

These are awesome! They are way better than the ones that are wireless a cable in the back. My only complaint is sometimes there is interference in the wireless connection. It might be because they need to update .

They sound great and are solid when places in your ear (they don’t fall out). Wish it had longer battery life. 6 hours is a little short.

Love. Love. Love these headphones. The only down side is that it does not stay charged for a long period of time. The case looses its charge even if you do not use the headphone for a week. It headphone charge quick though

I’m a huge fan of Boss Products but the Sounds Sports design leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. The sound quality is okay but not anywhere close to the QC 35 II that I own. The thing that really bothered me about these headphones which ultimately made me return them to Best Buy for another product is the fact when you’re on a phone call only the right ear piece is available for use. So in other words the left ear piece is rendered completely useless for the purposes of a phone conversation. When you’re listening to music both are available. I personally think that’s a dumb design idea.

The sound quality was good for these wireless headphones, however they were too big and protrude out of the ear and were returned because of that.

The sound is all Bose. Can not beat that. Connecting to your cell with only one ear piece is the real draw back. Even the less expensive sets use both ear pieces.

Wouldn't keep the music in stereo and would drop the right earphone and wouldn't reconnect until it was placed back in the charger.

I had purchased these headphones to replace my QC35 Headset. Wrong move. The quality of sound isn’t as great. There was connectivity issues. Also there was a delay in sound. I could finish typing my text and would continue to hear typing as if I were typing. Not so great mic when talking on the phone. Some of my friends said I sound distant and echoed while on the phone. I returned after 2 days. Not worth it. Not complaining about the battery as I expected it to be short

Wanted to love these but the profile is pretty big- they stick out too far for my liking. Sound quality can't be beat though.

The sound is excellent but they’re a bit bulky and felt unstable when using them while exercising. Hard to justify the cost.

I bought those earbuds on sale from bestbuy for $169.i own a sennheiser pair of headphones which are much bulkier than those.botom line I have been using the bose through my note 8 phone and through my home entertainment system and they sound amazing. So far no regrets.

Love the buds and the sound you get. Did not give 5 stars because battery life is only approximately 3-4 hours. Wish it was longer.

Love them, but need to get calls to play in both ears. For some reason, Bose uses a “master/puppet” pairing and it only allows calls to play in the right ear. Other than this, they’re great!!!

This is the second pair I have purchased and they were a gift. They love them so do I. I just wish there was more bass and the battery was a little longer. Overall a really good product.

They're good for me. I can work hands free, and it's sweat resistant. Just what I needed. My only regret is that it falls out if my ear sometimes. I wish it would fit tighter in my ear.
