I own the wired Soundsport buds. Bought these as a second pair. The fit feels similar and I am really happy with the sound. The buds “snap” securely into the charge case with a magnet grip and are charged when you want to use them.

great sound my only complaint is that if I go several days without using them and stored in the case they lose their charge and must be fully recharged before they can be used.

My husband loves these! He can mow and listen to music and doesn’t hear the mower at all. Case is a little larger but help him from misplacing it and he’s already used the built in locator. Highly recommended.

Sounds ok keeps a good charge has a bit of lag on video my issue is the earpiece for the small is too small the mediums is too big.

I have purchased several wireless “beats” earphones in the past only to have sweat damage the product. These Bose earphones are absolutely the best and they never get sweat damage. Same price as the “Beats” but a far better value.

I love the feel and sound of these earbuds but had to return because you cannot use them individually.

These headphones are awesome for pretty much everything, however, not so much if you’re looking to wear them will riding a motorcycle. It’s hard to maneuver your helmet over the caps.

I use them only for exercise and they do the job but sometimes it slightly disconnects and reconnects some time which gets annoying

The only thing I did not like was, only the right headphone has phone functionality. The sound is what you expect from a premium earbud and the case is really functional.

Generally, I would expect more from a Bose product in the sound department. A little flat. Other than this the product is easy to pair, charge, and operate. Works well with the IPhone.

Headphones lose connectivity when your phone is in your pocket. They lag out for a slight second

Husband travels many hours daily so uses the earbuds frequently. Only problem is the earbud picks up background noise so the main voice is then so loud it hurts the ear.

Great sound! Easy to set up. Wish the insert was a little more comfortable ( maybe foam insert would help). Overall it’s awesome. Does not have the noise cacelling feature.

Used the right side for months. When i started to use the left it would cut out 30-40 times a minute, or cut off for minutes at a time. searched for it and found out this has been a problem for this product for years. They sell a defective product with no fix. Bought the warranty but store is closed, so I have to wait to replace. So I have been working and paying for this product.

I loved these, until they broke. But I got another pair after. So we are all good! I had them for almost 2 years. I also purchased the Geek Protection so I got another pair for no cost.

This is my third pair. I have a set for home and one for work. This is a backup set. My first set wouldn't fully charge. I noticed the charge has to drop to a level to fully charge. So I purchased a backup set if one stops charging.

Great sound. Unfortunately you can only use the right one. You cant use the left one if the right one is dead

Despite the nice sound, the max volume is maybe half for any other headphone, they dont stay in your ear properly while running, good luck trying to avoid distractions as the wind cuts right through the audio as you move. If you think about setting it somewhere and moving more than 10 feet than they will cut out. Im so disappointed in them that id like to spare anyone else because my return period has ended unfortunately

Left channel cuts in and out sometimes, but great sound when both channels work.

I feel like these headphones are meh. I owned them for about but I started to have problems with the headphones syncing with each other. Lucky for me, it was still under the Bose 1 year warranty. There isn't much customization in terms of audio mixing like other brands. When Bluetooth calling, only the right earphone will connect. This is not defect, this is how Bose made them. I love Bose products but I feel that this wasn't their best one.
