The sound quality is great but it looks funny sticking out the ear. If I was in any store they would think I worked there

I've tried and tested many True wireless buds and these are by far the best. Sound is amazing and finally earbuds with excellent mic! That's important to me bc I like hands free calls. In addition, best buy will seek you warranty!

They are a bit clunky, but have a great sound. If they were smaller I would have kept them, but I ended up returning them.

The fit of the headphones is really poor and uncomfortable I’m always having to mess with them and put them back in my ear when running because they’re about to fall out. The case stopped charging them after about 4 months it would work sometimes but most of the time it wouldn’t charge them at all and after being in the case overnight they would be dead in the morning. Also they would randomly connect to my phone when in the case and on another floor of the house causing me to miss calls because the ringer was going thru the headphones which were in the case. On top of that even when I somehow got them to charge it takes a bunch of tries to get them to connect with my phone. It connects when I don’t want them to when there in the case on another floor but when I have the case and phone in my hand and take the buds out to try to wear them nothing. Put them back in and take them back out over and over sometimes I get lucky and they work sometimes I give up after 15 tries. I would definitely not recommend these headphones. Even when they work which is not often they’re not comfortable.

These headsets are amazing! Bose really delivers well with their products! It actually stays in the ears when sweating ridiculously. Seriously well worth the money!!

Not as good as my custom molded JH Audio in ear monitors but there are no wires. Expected bass to be deeper and more noise blocking. Now if Bose would make them smaller.

Could be a bit louder on volume. They do die out when running outdoors in 90+ °F temperatures...

Love these earbuds. Great Bluetooth connection. However, I would love to see the use time extended on a full battery charge. The sleep buds can go nearly 16 hours...

I needed a hands free way to speak on the phone. They work great! Easy as one touch, & can speak and still work with my hands & can hear the other side of the phone call perfectly clear. Doesn’t fall out or budge.

I have owned lg,Sony and by far this is the most ridiculous price for such a cheap quality headphones bought about 2 months ago the sound quality is about equal to lg wireless headphones but my biggest issue is that they take too long to charge and the battery last about 4 hrs very disappointed with Bose one these headphones very out dated technology and overall a waste of 200 bucks I would not recommend these to anyone looking to use for a work day or a long period

I originally purchased the Jabra 65T but returned it because there was intermittent loss of audio when listening to internet radio especially when I would turn my head. I have had no issues with the Bose SoundSport.

I enjoyed these ear buds but had to return them because I wanted the talk feature to be interchangeable from left to right ear. Not an option

Awesome buds with one issue and reason why 4 stars is lack of ability to pair with more than 1 device. Would be nice to answer a call on cell while paired with computer.

My husband bought these for himself, but I "borrowed" them for the gym one day and he's definitely not getting them back. These stay in my ears better than any in-ear type I have ever tried even while running. Love them!

I bought some of them in July since then I ve been experiencing a great professional sound In this time those were a gift I can say a great gift She just told me about it incredible sound very professional equipment

Bose sound quality is nice! However, these lose connection often.

These sound great!! I have always loved the look of bose headphones and earphones. Only complaint is that the bluetooth is sometimes unreliable.

Three stars because it disconnects from my phone on a regular basis. Returning them for new ones.

I like Bose products, however these buds don’t provide a secure fit in the ear. They can easily become dislodged and fall to the ground. Watch out!!

I loved everything but the battery life. Each charge was for about 2 hour play time. Returned them because I needed longer battery life. Ok for someone's workout tho.
