Great but flaws

I would say they do not stand up to heat very well. after about 20 mins in a sauna and they drop

I have bose that are not wireless but these are better by far. So easy to set up and use. I have a android phone and a iPad works with both. Love them!

(Usually run 6-9 miles at at time). Upon 3rd mile, and sweating begins, the weight of the unit will not (under any circumstance) stay within your ear. Total waste of time. Bose has been living on it's reputation from the 1970's for years. We are not playing "Peter Frampton Comes Alive" on 8-Track Bose. We need modern/updated products that live up to your original good reputation. These: joke. There is NO POSSIBLE way they stay in your ears when running. Just not going to happen. Go back to the drawing board and stop charging high prices for inferior products

But the description says it can last 4 hours on one charge. Tbh these earbuds are pretty good quality tho and I should also let you know tho that If you talk on the phone using them, you can only use the right earbud for talking on the phone. Other than that I have no complaints.

Great but could fit better

Promising, but not ready for show time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro's: 1) Fit is exceptional. Comfortable. Snug. 3 tips available for sizing. Ran on two trail runs with considerable jarring, and earbuds stayed secure the entire time. For me, fit tops AirPods. 2) Sound, including solid base, is exceptional. Tops AirPods. 3) Battery life was as advertised. 4) Love the ability to control volume up/down and be able to pause, fast forward and reverse. Great feature which is unavailable with AirPods without Siri. Con's: 1) Blue tooth can be finicky in connection, esp if you are using the buds with multiple devices. 2) During runs, left earbud would intermittently go out. 3) The deal breaker was the latency between video and audio - video and audio are not in sync. Particularly bad on TV. Poor on Youtube videos. 4) These earbuds are larger than most and do protrude from your ears. 5) Storage and charging case can fit in your pocket, but large when compared to the AirPods. Design ok but a bit bulky. Bottom line, I wanted to love these earbuds given the fit, the exceptional sound and the on-device controls but they aren't ready for showtime and certainly not at a $250+ price point.

Just to let you know, our engineers have identified the cause for this issue, and are currently working on a software update that will be made available to customers by mid-December. This update will substantially improve audio-video synchronization for those using Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we are currently evaluating other popular Bluetooth devices.
We’ll provide an update to you as soon as it’s ready. You may follow us on Twitter via @BoseService for updates.

Almost perfect...

The in the ear fit is a bit odd since they dont go all the way in your ear canal, they just rest one them. The only major issue i found is the noise isolation is horrible!! They get loud enough to cover the majority of the sound in normal places but i commute to work and you can hear allot of ambient sounds around you.

Seamless connection once it’s set up to pair that connects without difficulty each time. Great for commuting too.
