Good qaulity sound but hard to stay in my ears no matter the size ear bud i used

I purchased these for my wife who is small and had a difficult time finding any that were comfortable. The others we have tried were just too large and she has liked these.

Very "plug and play".... not very loud though. Download the app and it takes care of the rest and explains every function quickly and thoroughly.

I own both these and the AirPods, both of which I use with a Samsung S8. Both have their strengths and weaknesses, but overall the Bose are a better choice for Android. One of the Bose strengths is the sound quality. If you've used Bose before you know what you're getting: Punchy bass, slightly bloated mid-bass and rolled off highs. But in a pleasant way, if that makes sense. Compared to the anemic AirPods this is a welcomed strength. Comfort is good, but not great. They make my ears sore after a while, but I have yet to try the other size ear hooks in the package. Once they're in there feels like no chance of them falling out. If you exercise this is important, but it's less important to a desk-dweller like me. The charging case is handy but is a little too big to slip into a pocket. I had gotten in the habit of always taking my dental-floss sized AirPods everywhere. This case is sturdier and more suited to carrying in the pocket of a bag or backpack. One further advantage is Android integration. The Bose have buttons for volume control, pairing and one to answer calls or trigger voice recognition. Much more Android friendly!

Last forever. The bass hits hard. Noice canceling. Stays put in your ear at all times. Jumping rope, running, lifting. Great product. Better than paying 250 for beats.

Awesome sound as expected from Bose but very bulky. They feel heavy and are not that comfortable.

The sound is very good... But, they look to big on my ears ... and hard to place them on my ears

Bought these for gifts. They were a big hit. They fit well and the sound is fantastic. The charging case makes sure they are ready to use.

I purchased this wireless headphone to use it daily and now i can't live without it. This is sweat resistant so perfect to wear during workout. I love all the bose items and always satisfied with it.

Love the fact that I can wear only one at a time when working in the yard and still hear what is going on around me, or wear both for rich audio without ambient noises thanks to the noise cancelling!

Good sound but way to bulky for me they stand out way to much

Works great, unless you are biking, the wind noise drowns out the sound. Also, when you are on a call you only hear through the right earpiece.

Light, small, comfortable and excellent sound. The only thing to be improved... during the phone calls the left pod gets deactivated and the conversation just could be listened on the right side.

Great product, Fit is great, easy to set up and use. Instant pairing with phone and sound is fantastic. Used "Find my buds" feature yesterday and worked great as well.

The audio is great . The only downside is they protrude while on your ears. Not as low profile as I would want them to be.

I have been a Bose fan for over ten years and never encountered poor performance from a device until now. The app is required to use it both on my iPhone and Samsung cellular phones, wherein it struggles most to connect with my iPhone to the point I use it solely with my Samsung. The final disappointment is the connection problem while playing music. The left bud will play music in "spots" wherein the music goes in and out regularly. At first, I thought that was how the music was recorded by the artist to create a unique effect until I purchased a competitor's brand of equal dollars- boy what a difference! I missed the deadline to return the Bose wireless headphones to a local retail store wherein I will have to deal with Bose's technical support to seek a resolution. Meanwhile, I have to listen to my boyfriend's "I told you so," heckles this year for Christmas. What a disappointment for sure. For the amount I invested in this device, I expected better performance without any hassles nor troubleshooting.
