they take a bit to get use to and they feel a little uncomfortable at first, but running hands free was a totally new world to be, been running since back when I held onto a walkmen!!

Great headphone to work out with. Would prefer them to be connected by wire. Almost lost them a couple of times. But overall great!

These earbuds work great. I couldn't hit the weights without them. Sound quality is superb n completely wireless helps prevent getting them caught on objects.

It’s excelent for sport, but when you answer call only funtion the right ear. At the earpods from Apple the sound come in both ears

The ear buds are good but they always connecting and disconnect .They cost to much for that.

I like the headphones but they need to be resecured in the ears over and over again if you sweat a lot while using them. .

Only good thing is that they stay in during most activities, but that’s where the good ends. They are heavy and feel bulky (as I’m sure you can imagine). Also, these are only useful for playing music. If taking a call, only one ear bud is active - but sure how owe thought that would be a good idea. I definitely would return if I could.

I'm not real happy with this product! I would recommend a different Bose ear bud. Their sound cancellation buds are MUCH better!!!

sounds great as usual but does not fit good. very pricey too

I do still prefer the physical button controls on the older models but of all the wireless models (I have all of them) these are the heaviest. They’re fine for walking around and normal calm activities. But for running and jogging, these hurt my ears after 15min. But they still work and look like new after 2 years of use.

After purchasing, I learned that these types of earbuds regardless of brand "lose" their synch so only one side works. Once the synch is lost it is gone for good and can only be replaced not repaired. And if you are using with a busy phone, the music plays in both earbuds when they are working, but phone calls only come thru mono on one side.. I tried with a tech assist to fix these, but no avail.

Amazing sound for Bose as always, but quite bulky and on looking/feeling.

The sound quality is ok, not what you expect from BOSE. Now issue is how the fitting of the war comes in to play. I am active in cycling and other sports. I was cycling one afternoon and this a small bump on the road. The ear bud came off and fell over the bridge. Obviously could not retrieve. There goes $200 dollars. I am switching to a different brand and type of wireless. Hope this helps.

bought as a gift for my hub, he loves them, and said they sounded great. He's such a snob when it comes to his gadgets, so I knew I would not go wrong w/ these Bose headphones.

everything is perfect. it is in very good condition. I like how fast it works. It has a good design and model that illuminates the keys is perfect thanks

Theses have been the best gift ever given to my Son , they Loved them, he had so far used them Daily for his School daily used and will for be Gratefull.

Pros I like the concept of earbuds charging in a case. Sound quality as good as sound sport wireless... Works with Apple Watch OS. Good for people who like to use only the right side to make calls in still environments. Cons Minimal interruptions every once in 30 mins. (1second gap) Only right side works when connected with windows. Lags when connected to my iPhone X. However when connected to Mac OS, it self-fixed its lag by forwarding the video. The right and left aren’t always connected, when taking calls only the right works. (Mic is also only on the right) Buttons are hard to press. (Risks failing) It has floppy feeling on ear, almost feels like will fall, but won’t unless you open your jaw and wobble your heads. In my honest opinion Airpods win the game by its firmware and uninterrupted right and left side connection. You can’t connect this one and another Bose headphone simultaneously on Bose connect app.

You pay for the name, not the product. These headphone were very, very comfortable and bluetooth calls were great and that's the only reason they got 2 stars. I had 2 pairs that I exchanged due to the fact that when I ran outside or worked with these on, they would cut out the sound between head phones. Do not purchase this product.

The main issue I had with these is that they are large, bulky and heavy. Fall out during physical activity

I want new wireless ear buds that I can use only one at a time and have functions such as answering calls. I am currently using AirPods which do this, but am not happy with other aspects of them. These do not allow you to only use one bud. sound is okay, not as good as I hoped from Bose, but better than cheaper Sony/Jabra headphones.
