Works with Apple Watch OS. Good for people who like to use only the right side to make calls in still environments. Cons Minimal interruptions every once in 30 mins. (1second gap) Only right side works when connected with windows. Lags when connected to my iPhone X. However when connected to Mac OS, it self-fixed its lag by forwarding the video. The right and left aren’t always connected, when taking calls only the right works. (Mic is also only on the right) Buttons are hard to press. (Risks failing) It has floppy feeling on ear, almost feels like will fall, but won’t unless you open your jaw and wobble your heads. In my honest opinion Airpods win the game by its firmware and uninterrupted right and left side connection. You can’t connect this one and another Bose headphone simultaneously on Bose connect app.

These headphone were very, very comfortable and bluetooth calls were great and that's the only reason they got 2 stars. I had 2 pairs that I exchanged due to the fact that when I ran outside or worked with these on, they would cut out the sound between head phones. Do not purchase this product.

I am currently using AirPods which do this, but am not happy with other aspects of them. These do not allow you to only use one bud. sound is okay, not as good as I hoped from Bose, but better than cheaper Sony/Jabra headphones.

OK but not great

I charge it up full and went on a long trip and in two, without use, the battery was dead. When you use it on a phone call, only the right ear works - should have the option to use both. I find myself turning up and down the volume a lot - I think there needs to be some improvement on the sound delivery

I definitely don't recommend this product to buy and even i returned it. As i experienced the above things mentioned so.... ***sound quality is good***** It's BOSE i love their products but few of them have drawbacks on them other than the sound quality. Thanks!

They broke in less than a month

However, the right earbud (main one) is not turning on when I take it out of the charging case, and therefore they don't work. This happens exactly 24 days after purchase. I am going to Best buy today to return them.
