Love the charging case. Never stuck at the gym in need of a charge. Sound is unparalleled. Fit is incredible especially on long runs. Controls are simple and app works great!!!

These buds are very comfortable. I love bose. Sound quality is great. The buttons are a little hard to use. Getting use to them. Best on market.

Very disappointed in Bose with the introduction of these. I am a true Bose supporter and have purchased at least 6 different Bose headphones / ear buds in the past. I am not a fan of the Airpods and was looking for something similar to my Bose Sound Sport wired ear buds. Unfortunately these are so heavy that your ears begin to hurt after 10-15 minutes and they stick out of your ears at least a full inch.

The quality sound for music is magic but for running don't stay on ear

Good headphones, just don’t use these to take any phone calls. It picks up ALL the background noise. It’s great for the gym

The headset really sticks out and I don't like when another call comes in, it blanks out what the other party is saying.

These little headphones are amazing. Always had wired headphones, but so glad I made the jump to wireless. I take these e everywhere with me.

They shut off within 10 minutes when in the sun, connectivity is still a major issue, and when at work and returning the buds to the case/charger will not recharge past 50%. An absolutely pathetic product. My 2nd and last pair of these bose garbage

Sound is great but Bluetooth to left ear cuts off frequently. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Had to return it because it turned out to be for iPhone only which I didn’t see at the time of purchase

my biggest complaint is they don't go enough but im old and probably just do hear that good lollove wearing them out and if i dont like what im hearing i just turn them up

Only dislike is speaking on the phone, only one ear bud works. The other person constantly can’t hear what I’m saying

Was a great sports headphones to run with. My only complaint is that the battery was slightly sub-par compared to other wireless earbuds in 2019. I always carried the case, but when you're running a half-marathon, you don't want to be carrying the charging case. It also lacks fast charging and at times would randomly unpair.

The reason I wanted to try these is to see if they truly do stay in your ears when you are working out, and OMG they do! Well, they do if you keep them dry and have the right size. Apparently I have wonky ears, but no worries, these come with three ear bud sizes (S-M-L) and they’re super easy to switch out. I use a S on the left and M on the right and now both sides stay in. Caution, do not install with wet hands, the rubber piece needs to be dry otherwise they won’t stay in either. The sound is AMAZING and even though they’re not noise cancelling they seem to be! I can totally block out the world and get lost in my music, which drives me on in my workout when my mind wants me to quit. They are incredibly comfortable too, like surprisingly comfortable, by the looks of them you would think they would be uncomfortable but you really hardly notice they’re there. The buttons to pause, jump forward or jump back to a song are a light touch and east to manage. One of the COOLEST things about these is the little carrying case that actually charges the earbuds when they’re stored. It has lights so you know how much power is left in the charger/storage box so you know when to plug it in to recharge. The buds also have little magnets so when you pop them into the box they click themselves in place, which is another cool feature about the super compact box. These are a must have! I will say the only thing I don’t like about them is if you have only one in (like I do at work so I can have my Bluetooth phone on one ear) and you walk too far away from its mate it doesn’t like that and the music will cut out.

The only problem I have with these ear buds is that the bluetooth feature doesn't work for the left ear.

My chief complaint is that the phone can’t be answered on the left ear bud . Nor will the left side operate without the right side being in the ear

Great value. Still enjoying the wireless headphones. I ordered the headphones online and I received it on time. The packaging was really nice.

I have tried tons of headphones to exercise with. These work better than any I have ever tried. They stay connected and rarely cut out at all. Buy these now. Your welcome.

people seem to complain about looking like "Frankenstein" wearing these but what wireless earphones look good? everyone will get used to anything if they see anything often enough
