Bose never disappoint. I compared it with other head phones, both wired and wireless and only Bose SoundSport has the richest sound ever. It is expensive but it's worth the price.

Nice sound, love the fit. Also, like that, they cut off when not in use. The buttons are a little hard to use.

My only beef is left ear comes in and out sometimes, other than that solid product.

Hand to get 3 different sets of these headphones. The left earbud kept losing connection. Went through Bose trouble shooting but had no luck with each pair. It was absolutely exhausting trying to make these work. Eventually I gave up and went to the brand I had previously (JBL). Since then I have had no issues.

My son loves these! He works outside 95% of the time. Moisture, sweat and rain are not an issue for him and the sound remains awesome.

Still on the fence about sizing the correct earpiece - none of them are great fits for my ear.

I LOVE these headphone, but after 13 months they have already stopped working. There is no damage, I just put them in today and one headphone has no sound. I charged it again to make sure and still nothing. When they were working they had great sound and were great for the gym/running. For $200 these should last YEARS. Very disappointed.

I am happy with them. Just wish I could fit them a little better. I need a size between small and medium.

First of, let me start of by saying I love the quality of the sound that these earphones offer. Its really very good. But that is also the problem with these earphone, its preset audio is built for a specific audience in mind. If you are not a bass head and give more emphases on mids and lows, you will be left, if not disappointed, then asking for more. But it is not even the reason why I give this pair with such a low rating. Its a giant and clunky mess when it comes to packing this pair. It is a sore to your eyes with its evident bulge in your pocket. The pairing is a mess. The two earphones loose sync a lot and that is very disorienting. Specially because the preset audio it prefers is quite nauseating when this de-sync happens. Also, in the world where bluetooth 5.0 exists, the package that I received was disappointing. Overall, I hate to repeat myself but i was disappointed.

I had my doubts but these were one of the best purchases I made.. I would give 5 stars but the they lag on video sometimes

Fell out my ear the a few times, was told they were noise cancelling and they aren't... took them back.

No ANC but the audio quality is there. Gave it a 4 because there is a lag when watching videos\movies

Overall it’s a good quality product but i have a hard time fitting it into my ears - it’s made for larger ear types

price is too expensive, quality is good. not sure if it justifies the price

I love this product so much I purchase another one and I always rely on replacement just in case something goes wrong

Charging case doesn’t hold the charge very well and sound let’s in too much ambient noise.

They sound great but they have so many issues with having a stable connection.
