This product is small and nice but at times it looses the Bluetooth connection.

65" TV is great, fit perfect in the living room. The sound bar is amazing will never watch tv without one again.

When I first started buying the products from boes the company impressed me cause through your company I could get a brand new pair but the last two times I have gone in I have had to pay for a charger or they just opened the box and took the charger out which has made me kinda mad but the sound quality is really good and I love them the company just made me mad

I have always owned high quality audio products. Over-the-ear headphones, and in the last few years, in-the-ear headphones fall into this category. I recently purchased a set of Bose SoundSport wireless headphones. In contrast to other Bose products that I own, the SoundSport set fell short of my expectations. My main reason for the dissatisfaction is the constant fade-in and fade-out of the product's audio. The audio sound quality, as with all Bose products that I own, was excellent. But, because of the fade-in fade-out discrepancy, after only having the product for a week, I took the product back to the place of purchase and traded them in for a set of Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless in-the-ear headphones. Although wireless headphone products are known for their fade-in/fade-out discrepancy, the Sony wireless product fade-in/fade-out is much more less frequent, and its duration is only a fraction of a second in comparison to the Bose. By the way, the loss of audio was always in the left ear set.

I gave this one to my uncle.and he loves it.esp when he goes mountain biking..well he kinda carries it around now which is good .

I bought the bose earplug awhile ago and I still enjoy listening to them or a daily basis.

Worked great on the phone, audio quality was excellent. But when paired with computer didn't worked that great

Ear buds constantly fall out, need fitment options for e as r, good sounding

The buds paired up easy to the google pixel phone. The sound was pretty awesome. The buds stayed in my ears! Great choice to use for Android phones!

Sound - these are definitely Bose quality sound. The music is crisp and clear and is on par with every other Bose headphones I've owned. Battery- I haven't run into any issues with battery. They advertise 5 hours per charge and 10 hours in the case. I'd say that is accurate. Fit - the fit is a little weird. While the truly worked for us really cool, I do feel like these are constantly going to fall out of my ear. Not to mention it does look like to bolts sticking out of your head. I haven't had them actually fall out yet but, they just don't feel as secure as other headphones. Connectivity - the connectivity for these have been hot or miss. I got them connected to my phone first time but, I never could get them to stay connected to my computer at all. I like that you can cycle through devices with the button on the side. I did have a few issues with the headphones starting connected to each other. They would usually get back in sync within a few seconds but, it did happen more than once. Calls- this is my biggest complaint about these. When you connect to a call, the left earbud goes completely silent. Do if you usually take calls with your left ear and want these for that reason, these won't work. Overall great for music and the truly wireless feel is great. If your willing to look a little weird with large earbuds in your head and can deal with the occasional disconnection, these could work for you.

Very sleek. Compact in all aspects. Just a little bulky for the size. Worth every penny.

They are very nice, only thing is they sometimes work once at a time, left will be on then right won’t.

I bought these for my wife because the Apple Airpods fall out of her ears too easily. It has different ear adapters and connects via bluetooth quite easily.

Got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! Uses it to listen to music while working outside and also great to use for privacy while on the phone.

Fit and stay in a lot better than other buds. Sound is off during video use.

Works great for working out. It's loud but not so loud that you can't hear what's going on around you which is good if you go for a run.

This was not the original purchased item. The one under warranty broke and they didnt have it in the store any longer so we upgraded to this type.
