I was excited to receive them since I had read good reviews about them and I knew Bose has really good quality. The sound in these is spectacular and I don’t mind the bulkiness at all. HOWEVER these bad boys do NOT sync up to videos especially on YouTube. Look, I’m a simple girl. I just want good sound and good quality. The fact that these $200 earbuds have a sound delay while watching videos is extremely annoying. These are too expensive to have such an issue. These have been out for some time so why hasn’t this been fixed? I’m very upset and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m switching to AirPods for the better.

However, we're very sorry about the trouble you've experienced. We released firmware in the past to improve audio/video synchronization that benefits devices that support AVDTP version 1.3 or later. A/V synchronization can also depend on the application being viewed. We encourage you to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices, and Bose headphones.

Great sound but useless for phone calls

However i am bummed by the fact that only right side is available for phone calls. It is not mentioned in any if the specs until you search for it. I prefer my left ear for phone calls. I returned it.

(1) There is a delay from the video on the phone and the sound in the earphones (and it seems to be a common problem with these). (2) There is no on/off switch on the case, so whenever you are done using the earphones and put them back in the case, the case will charge them even if you do not want it to and it may hurt the battery life in the long run. (3) The battery life is "eh" at best. Whenever I use them, which is typically when I am working out, I put them at full blast, so I will only get 2-3 hours out of them. They sometimes die during my workout (which is typically an hour long) even though at the beginning of my workout they will have 30% charge left. (4) There are sometimes connectivity issues in which the left ear bud will stop working. You can disconnect and reconnect, but this problem shouldn't happen considering how expensive they are. When these earphones do work properly, they sound great. But I could not recommend these because of the price.
