Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own or have owned almost all the Bose headphones and earbuds and they all sound pretty good but I was blown away at how good these sound. Excuse me for saying but they sound better than my Bose QC 35’s!.. the bass is better and more prominent. The highs and mids are just about a perfect blend. And they are loud! Some earbuds and headphones I’ve has sound great but they don’t go loud enough. These will make you ears ring! That’s what I want. I want them to jam if I need them to. At first they weren’t that comfortable but once the eartios got broken in they are exceptionally comfortable. I’ve lifted weights, played basketball and ran in them and they stay put. I didn’t think they would but they do. The storage case is a charging case and I can listen all day and only have to charge for a few minutes at break time when at work. Unfortunately they don’t block outside noise very well. I was hoping they would do better at that. And maybe they stick out a little more than in ear buds but they are well worth it to me. Siri and phone calls are only on one side which kind of stinks but eh, it’ll work since I don’t get many calls. Overall I love these! The sound quality is exceptional and the comfort is very good and they stay put. Try them. I’m sure you’ll love them too. If they don’t sound great, you have the wrong size eartips in. Go to the next size and that will solve that.

I am glad to hear you were impressed with the sound quality, but I am sorry to hear you have had issues with the fit of the product. The headphones ship with 3 sizes of tips, and while they fit most ear types, there are some occasions where you may not be able to get a perfect fit. Not all ears are the same!

Not very good value for the price

There are steps to do but you have to repeat every time it got disconnected. It has become a drag after a while. Three pairs having the same issue. Maybe a manufacturer design flaw. Just switch to Jabra. Let’s see how it goes
