This product has great sound but at times takes a while to pair

I use these with my iPad Pro and my iPhone. Switching g between the two is easily managed with the app that is downloaded.

I have been wanting these for quite sometime and got them following black friday, and i can’t complain they are awsome. I truly im a Bose fan.

The connection was awful for Android and Apple products

Amazing. Use the everyday. Had a charging issue at one point and were replaced instantly. Get the protection.

My only con is the right headphone is the primary and if it's in the case the left one wont work. Other than that they're amazing

I bought these last night. Updated the firmware and tested earbuds out. So far the earbuds do as advertised. Great sound and extremely comfortable. Had no issues at home and now testing them at work. Good so far. I will test at gym tonight. I have owned every type of high end bluetooth earbuds. Jaybird, Beats, and Bose. Jaybird was my preferred brand until I tried soundsport wireless. Owned every product jaybird made.The comfort of buds was the deciding factor on bluetooth buds. They both had great connection and sound. They are virtually even. Now, I have owned two brands of truly wireless earbuds. Jaybird Runs were okay. I updated firmware, but still had too many drops in the gym. Also, they were very uncomfortable to wear for extended amounts of time. Not a bad product, just need some tweaking. Last night I returned them and bought Bose Soundsport Free. So far they are working great. They are extremely comfortable and sound/volume is excellent. I have had no connection issues in and out the house. I will test them tonight in the crowded gym. I will post a final review after tonight. Only reason I gave 4 stars. If they work well tonight I will change to 5 stars. ***I do understand that this is new technology and they will have some occasional issues***

These headphones are actually decent when they work. However, check into issues that are common before you buy. Many complaints are available of the left ear bud dropping out, failing to charge, draining while in the charging case, and the rubber controls breaking off in less than 2 years (just out of warranty, and cannot be repaired). I purchased a second set after my first set had the controls button issue, but I've come to not being able to like/work without ear buds now and THOUGHT Bose would back their product. Instead, they offered me a replacement set for just a hair under what I could buy them for new anyhow. I then gave my old set away instead of turning them in.
