Had them for 2+years before the case started to not hold a charge for as long as. Head phones were great though.

So the sound quality is ok. Like nothing special. The Bluetooth connection is always weak. Also whenever you get on the phone, only the right bud works. That’s so distracting and disappointing. I would look at a different earbud if I were anybody.

This headphone is a worthy successor to the Sound Sports line. The sound quality hmm. It's Bose what do you expect? It has to be top notch. Sound is incredibly clear crisp and balanced. I don't like heavier bass so this one will boil down to one's preference. Battery lasted as advertised some where around 15 hrs. The fit is great however it felt like it will come out of the ear but even with running and jumping it has never fallen from my ears. Connectivity wise it is good. Cycling through connected device is easy. But would have been nice to be able to pair it with at least two devices at a time. It has some quirks like sometimes it lags while watching videos. It's barely noticeable and doesn't happen always. Sometimes the mic under performs. My biggest complain about it is you can only use the right earphones for taking calls. Why not the left one? Or simple stereo experience for calls too. Overall a good wireless headphone. Worth the money.

I definitely would not get these if you are planning on these being your ONLY headphones for DAILY use. 1. For some reason Bose ASSUMED that everyone would use either BOTH earbuds at the SAME TIME or just primarily use the RIGHT earbud for EVERYTHING because without the RIGHT earbud LITERALLY being OUTSIDE the CASE, you are UNABLE to talk on the PHONE, FACETIME, watch TV SHOWS, MOVIES, ETC with the LEFT EARBUD by itself. **You know how with AirPods when one earbud dies, you can put it back in the charging case and switch to the other one ... with THESE BOSE earbuds you can not do that and for that I DO not recommend them at all.** 2. The “FIND MY EARBUDS” feature is GARBAGE! The other day I flew out of town, had just used my earbuds on the plane and used them again when I landed at the resort I was at while I was talking on the phone(so they could not still be on the plane or in another state if I had JUST used them RIGHT??). I had put them down somewhere after the phone call and could not find them so I used the “FIND MY EARBUDS” feature... WHY did it say my EARBUDS were BACK at my home STATE showing at my JOB address and showed a “last seen” date that was 5 days BEFORE my trip.. VERY inaccurate! Turns out my Bose were in the glove compartment of my rental car DOWNSTAIRS. Another time they showed to be at my Job so I drove 40 minutes(there and back) on my DAY OFF just to not find them at my job, instead they were at my home(where I originally was) INSIDE my closet! so do NOT plan on finding your earbuds with the “FIND MY EARBUDS” feature because 10 times out of 10 you are going to have to retrace your steps and FIND THEM yourself. 3. They do not stay in your ears very well, definitely require you to adjust them often and it is a pain to switch between devices. ***So unless you just want them for the sound and do not mind having to have them BOTH in your ears at the SAME TIME ALL THE TIME, not being able to find them immediately, do not mind adjusting them often, and do not mind dealing with the annoyance of them not switching between devices easily then I say go for it but this will be my first and last pair!

The sound quality is good but not great for phone calls.

These are amazing to use while at the gym! No interfering with wires or big headphones on head restricted your arms motion in exercises.

Returned due to preference of another brand solely for a feature these did not have. Comfort able and good sound.

The only negative with these is the sound quality. They are just ok. I was given a set of portable ear phones made another company and those cost 1/3 the price and the sound was pretty much the same as these. Also, not a big fan of the battery charging world. they don't last all that long.

Great headphones! Purchased these for my wife (already have my own)- great bass response... they’re Bose...

The headphone are not the best choice for those that move around a lot. I found them to fall out especially doing high intestity training. Sound was great when they actually stayed in and may be suited more for running or lifting where you are not moving around slot.

I wish it had more features like, if it could sync to some health apps and check pulse rate.

This was by far the best purchase for my husband who is a limo driver. He can easily connect to his cell and talk hands free while driving.
