This happened also to a Bose speaker of mine. It’s not a universal cord so you have to go through Bose for a replacement. Such a hassle. Stick with Apple AirPods instead.

The left ear is dependent on the right ear so you can only use the left ear if the right is also out of the charging case. The buttons stiff and pressing them has caused the bud to fall out of my ear on multiple occasions. If the case is left not plugged in it will slowly drain meaning if you do not use them for 2 weeks and have not left them on a charger they will be dead. The buds frequently have trouble properly charging in the case. I expected a lot more for the price.
