The sound was very good BUT the sound in the left earbud kept intermittently going out. Needless to say I returned them!

Otherwise the left earbud doesn't turn on. Also, they are a bit "klunky" so they have a tendency to become dislodged during running.

However, we noticed that you're running into some trouble connecting them and apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. Please make sure the headphones are fully charged before each use. You may also clear the pairing list from the headphones and your Bluetooth devices and try to re-pair. Many times refreshing the Bluetooth connection can resolve connectivity issues.

Good not great.

The sound quality is ok, hard to get the volume and levels correct with my phone. Also, they feel a little clunky in my ear, I’ve knocked the out several times as the fit is a little cumbersome.

We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with these headphones. We would recommend with regards to the fit that you try the different sizes of StayHear+ Ear-tips for each of your ears to maximise the comfort and fit of the product, reducing the chances of this coming loose.
As far as the volume levels are concerned, we would recommend using the balance levels with your device to find a level you're happy with, and if you feel that your product is under-performing, that you reach out to Bose support for further assistance.

These things are gianormous. I wished I had bought a pair of ear buds connected together with a wire. At least that way it might look like you had on a necklace instead of wearing some super sized hearing aid.
