During exercise, they don't have the proper volume or noise cancelling to be really effective . At the end, we returned them.

Just so you know, the SoundSport Free are not designed to be noise-canceling. However, If you get the correct size of eartip, you will experience some noise reduction due to the fit inside your hear.
