Unreliable and subpar sound

They disconnect during my workouts. One will connect and the other will not at times. Can be on the charger for 8 hours and will say only 80% charged. The sound is not that great. They cannot stand much heat at all, and in Texas that is not useful. I am very unhappy with this purchase. The only reason they have not gone back to the store is because I cannot find the box. Stay away from these! A complete waste of $200. I will be buying beats again soon.

Sound was typical of Bose. They didn’t fit my ears comfortably. Like other reviews I’ve seen the left ear piece would drop or disconnect from the right one. I did return them.

When the buds can’t rely on the case, they will charge will the case hardwired, but it will only hold for an hour or so before they start to die. Called Bose for a warranty replacement & apparently 3 months is the actual warranty replacement timeframe?! What happened to a year? Sad that these ended up being like this as I really liked them when I bought them. Bye bye Bose.
