Left Bud Cuts Out Constantly

My phone is in my pocket, so close enough to the earbuds that there's no interference, and the left ear bud constantly cuts out, then the right tries to correct, so the sound just bounces back and forth between the two for about 10 seconds. This happens twice every 30 min of listening, if not way more. I got these in Nov and didn't need them often till recently so I'm stuck with them. Total waste of money

Charge Case Quit Working After 4 Months

Contacted Bose and they are replacing at no charge. I have to send the BSSF then wait for about 3 weeks for the replacement. If it gets lost in transit, guess I'm out $200. After my problem started, I did some internet searching and found that this problem is pretty common. Too bad. I bought two sets. One from me and one for my wife.
