Love to work out with these or work about the house, excellent

I will start by saying that while the aesthetics may not be everyone’s cup of tea, they do extend from your ears a bit, the sound quality and features far outweigh the physical appearance. The SoundSport Free have crystal clear audio and expected Bose quality throughout; I especially like the fit as they do not insert into the ear canal but fit snugly in the outer ear so the comfort level is enhanced and you will hardly notice you are wearing them. I have other competitive earphones (Harmon Kardon, Beats) and they can become quite uncomfortable after extended use due mainly to inserting into the ear canal, with the Bose you can easily forget you are wearing them. The other feature I enjoy is the seamless switching and ability to pair multiple devices at the same time; I tested them with the following: iPad Pro iPad Mini 4 iPhone XS iTouch 6th gen iPod Nano 8th gen I had absolutely no issues with controls, audio quality and effortless switching between them. I tested music (Classical to Classic Rock), music videos and movies; the audio was in perfect sync with no lag. I also used the app extensively and it performed well at switching, volume control as well as controlling music functions. Pros: Excellent sound quality and superb fit Exceptional build quality, consistent with all previous Bose products I own Extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods Charging case – While a little bigger than some, it serves it purpose well and is not too bulky for me personally Battery life – After listening to them for around 3 hours I still showed 50% battery left, very impressive and you still the charging case as a reserve if you need to charge on the go Cons: The size may not be to everyone’s taste I would highly recommend the SoundSport Free to anyone that enjoys premium quality earphones and a great listening experience

The sound quality for the earbuds are great but the design, not so much. I use these for the gym and throughout my workouts I'm constantly fighting with the buds, twisting them in my ear, pushing them back in, and yet they seem to fall out . On my cardio and running days, forget about it, these buds fall out within minutes. Very disappointed with the product, I'd return them but I've already exceeded the return back time frame, I'm out $200 for earbuds that won't stay in my ear.

They work well without the annoying chords that get in the way

Bose does not skimp on sound quality in these little earbuds.

The issue with only one side of the earpiece sound while on calls is way too annoying. Bose must do better and implement a headphone that functions as users expect with both earpieces sounding while on calls.

The item is so easy to use, especially when your running.

I have had these a little over a year and the left ear headphone does not last very long before dying. Will be looking into the warranty I bought.
