I'm a big Bose guy but these are the worst Bose product on the market. Terrible lag and I couldn't get through a workout without the left one going out. Returned after about a week of misery.

Not only do they look extremely ugly when you wear them, they also don’t stand up to the superior sound quality that Bose holds its name for. For $200, there are cheaper options that have better sound quality and look nicer. These protrude out of your ears like those Bluetooth headsets from 2002. When compared side by side to wired Apple headphones, Apple’s sound was noticeably better (shocking). I had 3 different people try this comparison and everyone felt the same way.

Thank you for sharing your experience of SoundSport Free wireless headset. Sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with the left ear bud disconnecting. Just to clarify the headphones are designed for single earbud usage while on phone calls, and both earbuds should reconnect once the phone call ends. Could you try removing, and re-pairing the headset to your phone and also check to make sure the headset is up to date with the latest firmware?

Sound great but they have bad audio video lag
