The buttons on the side are too small to use and too hard some reviews say they get softer with use not my case I returned the within a week. Second complain the phone calls are not in stereo meaning you can only hear in the right ear why not buy a blue tooth right? My Bose wired are stereo and I love them. Third and final complain when your on a phone call the headphones interrupt the phone call and says the whole number out if their not in your contacts a no no for me how disrespectful to interrupt my phone call.

Ok.... not the best. Sound not great. Only thing I liked was ease of use for phone hands free. Easier than Air Pods but sound quality not great.

I really liked this one , sound is good, it’s comfortable however I am gonna return this as I am having problem with this unit as left bud ia keep getting disconnected.

These things are awesome. They're replacing Apple's wired headphones, that are just good enough. I used them in the car, mostly for both calls and music when my kids were watching TV and I needed to make or take a call or wanted to listen to music. These go everywhere for everything. The sound from these is everything that you'd expect from a Bose product. Crystal clear sound. I'm hearing details in the music that I never heard on the Apple headphones. Also important for something like this, extremely comfortable. I forgot that they were within seconds. I had to buy silicone covers for the Apple headphones and I can imagine if you have Earpods that you need them for sure. They never stayed in my ear and were horribly uncomfortable. These fit great. Battery life is also great. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

I'm currently on my 15th pair. I keep returning them under warranty and Bose keeps sending me new ones. Problem is that not one pair has been able to stay connected between the two earbuds. If I'm not sitting in my Living Room using them they will never connect and stay that way for an entire song. So as far as using them on a run, bike, walk or at the gym, they are totally useless. Would not recommend to anyone.

The sound is awesome, but after a few weeks, the right ear piece stopped charging. I ended returning the item.

I always believed that Bose was one of the best brands in the market, but after I bought this Sound Sport Free True Wireless headphone, I changed my mind. After five or six months of having bought it, it began losing the Blue Tooth signal from cell phone, which was frustrating. Shame on you Bose, it is unbelievable that the quality of your Blue Tooth system doesn’t have the same quality of your speakers‘ sound.

Had to return...they have 3 different size ear buds ... but none work well for me and would fall out ... but had a great sound

I have had Bose fir years. I have Bose speakers through out the house and love them! BUT, I had a pair of SOUNDSPORT FREE WIRELESS that worked for less than 10 months left side would not hold a charge for more than 15 min Customer Support was a fricken nightmare and when they got around to assist me the warranty was no longer valid. But they did offer $20 off my next set. NOPE! So disappointing,, Im looking at StennHeisser, nuff said Terry K

I am a big fan of Bose but this particulate ear buds are just way to big for my ear. I tried all the different options of fittings and did not like how they fit.

There is always loss of connection when out in the open, which becomes very annoying and for price this should not happen.

When you think of Bose you think of higher standard of listening. These earbuds are pretty good at the sound but pretty lousy at the comfort and feel in your ears.

I purchased these primarily for the gym, so I needed headphones that would stay in place throughout workouts without being distracting. Everything else was secondary to me. I purchased these after a very disappointing bout with the Skullcandy Indy wireless headphones, and the Bose SoundSport Free have remedied every gripe I had with those. First, they fit comfortably and securely throughout every workout I've put them through so far. No matter the type of movement, they've stayed in place and I can't recall ever needing to adjust them. The tips do a fantastic job of creating a good seal to block out ambient noise and distractions. Sound is wonderful- as expected from Bose I suppose. I generally can listen to them at ~75% volume, only needing to go to 100% when it's especially noisy. Some have cited the lack of EQ adjustment as being a negative point, and I certainly was hoping for one but don't see a need for it after using them. I'm not an audiophile but I do appreciate sound quality, so for myself, there's ample clarity throughout the audio range- plenty of bass and clear mids and highs. I listen to a pretty eclectic selection of music- from punk/hardcore/post-rock to hip hop/rap to DJ/Breakbeat stuff and everything sounds fantastic so far. There is are EQ presets that are customizable in Spotify and Apple Music anyway, so sound can be tailored to your liking if you use these. The buttons on the headphones are a little stiff, but the controls are precise and responsive. No false inputs here- if volume is raised/lowered or a song pauses it's because there was a deliberate click of a button. For myself, this is a definite plus. The charging case doesn't last terribly long in comparison to the Skullcandy Indy, but this is still ample in my eyes. I've had to charge it once after a bit over a week of use. I haven't had a low battery warning on the headphones themselves yet, but I can attest that they last at least 5 hours having used them at the gym for 2 hours and an additional 3 hours or so after being used on the train to Manhattan and a long walk to my destination before being returned to the case. Setup is a breeze and the Bose app is easy to navigate, generally pretty and automatically searches for software updates for the headphones. They're a little larger than other designs, so if you're looking for something sleek and discreet, these may not be for you. If sound quality, fit and performance are the most important factors in your decision, you'll be very happy with these.

Too big for my ears, was hoping for something more comfortable then airpods but these were returned and I bought new airpods

The sound is great only if you wear them for a couple hours anything over that they will make you ear hurt

I'm not going to give a bad review because I think it was more me that I didn't love these earphones. I didn't like the appearance of them sticking out of my ears.

The sound was great but the portion outside the ear is so heavy it falls out of your ear when you run or even walk fast.

Left side disconnnects all the time, I got the replacement from the store, buet we will see if the bew ones work

Ear buds are good but occasionally lose signal on the left ear bud. I have to turn buds off then back on in order for the left bud to work again.

Ever a fan of Bose products these wireless headphones are up to snuff in the audio quality department. The fit and size are the weakness in this product
