Calls were great but the audio quality and volume needed to be high to get decent audio quality and you can hear the music pretty loud when its not in your ear so you won't get the privacy you would like. battery lasts only 3-4hrs. I travel alot and 4hrs dont cut it. I get better battery life and audio with the Bose Noise Cancelling Earpiece headphones.

Although I am happy to hear that you like the sound quality of your speaker, I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with the fit of the headphones.
There are different sized StayHear+ tips inside the box that came with the headphones. I would suggest trying all of the sized to ensure the most comfortable fit.

The battery life is still good, the sound is amazing and the comfort and fit in my ears is paramount. When outdoors or in the gym I had experienced issues with other brand ear buds falling out or stip working when I sweat. Not the Bose earbuds! This product is the epitome of quality. 5 years in, its like I just bought them!!!

Now they only stay charged for 45 minutes, the left headphone drops out it’ll lose connection on its own. Great sounding headphones, but durability is poor.

They cut out and sometimes only one works. I have several Bose products and have always bought Bose for the quality. I will be shopping around in the future and not simply assume, because the product is Bose, it is high quality.

Off a single charge, the earbuds should play for up to five hours when music is played a medium volume. And when not in use they can place them in their case to recover. It’ll keep them protected, and provides two additional full charges (or up to 10 hours of battery life) to keep them ready to go again. They are to heavy and the hook that goes in your ear is too soft. They constantly fall out just walking. Tried once to wear them working out. Spent more time picking them up than anything else that day. Returned and bought the Powerbeats pro.
