Audio Video Delay!

But there is a terrible audio/video delay in apps like YouTube while using with my iPhone XS Max. Be warned. If you plan to use these to watch a lot of video, your results will disappoint. And yes I do have the latest firmware.

But, they're not terrible by any stretch of the imagination. They sound fine and the water resistance is great for sweat. If only theyd stay in my ears while running.

After a day I realized that anything I listen to will have about a 1-2 sec lag. Watching a video lagged the audio out of place. Even listening to music, when I press play it takes about 2 seconds to play. I read reviews online and many people have the same issue. Pretty bad product coming from a great audio manufacturer.

Cutting off sound

The worst part is that during my walk the left earpiece keep cutting off. I went back to use my Sony headphones. Bose is loosing their touch, not good quality of sound and equipment. Lost money on this one.

The battery is damaged very quickly

The bad thing is that the battery is damaged very quickly, I took them to repair and they told me that it was cheaper to buy new ones.
