    Good for music but not that the phone calls it's okay for phone calls sometimes but not 100%

    Bose buds aren't sound proof [they have come out now but overpriced] also sound cuts in and out

    I kept losing the signal between the buds. I exchanged them for the wired version and am very happy.

    Good earbud but controls are hard to use

    I love bose products, have portable speakers, headphones, soundbars, etc... So it would be natural to have this sports earbuds, but this time was not the case and I decided to return it. Controls are hard to press and there is no on/off button, you have to return it to the box to shut it off. Sound is awesome by the way, just do not liked the controls.

    I just can't get over how an inexpensive Asian knock off BT stereo headset can get audio over YouTube right, but not a high end Bose BT stereo wireless headset? I updated the device per Bose updater and it did not fix this issue. I just couldn't justify keeping it and so they were returned. I will wait for 2nd generation and hopefully they will get it right.

    Solid set of truly wireless buds, but not perfect

    I've been a Bose user for a while. I've had QC25, QC35, Soundsport, and Soundsport Wireless. I wanted to test the market for truly wireless earbuds after reading some bad reviews about Bose's Soundsport Frees and...well, that's two weeks of my life that I'll never get back. I tried the Jabra Elite 65T's and tried my absolute best to enjoy them, but their sound quality was anemic compared to what I've grown accustomed to with Bose. Bose's truly wireless buds provide excellent sound and decent battery life. The carrying case is a little bigger than it needs to be, but that's not a deal breaker. What I thought would be a deal breaker was the oft-reported connectivity issues; I've had my Soundsport Frees for about a month now, and I have only had one weird connection drop that was resolved by powering off and on again. The connection, in my experience, is just fine. I should note that I ONLY use these buds to listen to music. However, the one time I did try to watch a YouTube video with them, just to test the connection, there was a desync issue. I can see how this would be a deal breaker for other people. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved with a software update, but other than that one biggie, I think they're great earbuds--just not perfect.

      In case you were unaware, the SoundSport Free earphones come with three different sized ear tips to give a stable fit. I would have recommended trying the different sizes to find the one best fit for you.

    Honestly, I can't believe Bose allowed these to be released. There was obviously nowhere near enough R&D performed....these things are constantly dropping Bluetooth connection. It's not just me, this is a widely known issue and Bose has yet to fix it. Returning product immediately!

    I've been using this for a year. It's miserable. I bought this as a replacement for my airpod. Biggest mistake ever. Lagging, can't connect correctly, extremely hard to switch between devices. Yes the audio quality is decent but no I regret I buy this piece of annoying device.
