Left Ear Bud Goes in and out

I have already returned 1 pair. New pair is starting to do the same thing. Reading online Bose knows of this issue but has not fixed it. I am going to return these and go with another brand.

I use it everyday to go to the gym. The quality of sound is as good as you can expect from a Bose product. It is amazing. I have other high quality brands at home and nothing compares to the Bose in terms of sound quality. In terms of design I would say it is okay. It is pretty simple and basic, but in my person opinion I like it. It adjusts very well in the ear, I can run for an hour and it never moved away from my ear. When buying a wireless product, I normally think about how long can I use it without charging. I believe this products works for about 6 hours without charging. I normally charge it once a week. It also connects easily using Bluetooth. I think the price is a little bit expensive. However, considering the prices of the competition, I believe this is a fair price for the product that you are buying. This is a product designed for people that like to exercise. You will be able to run without even noticing the object in your ear. It is easily cleaned. And if you are afraid of losing it, there is an app ,that you can download on your cellphone, which is able to track the last place you used the earphones. I would recommend to always save it inside the case after using it. I would definitely recommend this product. I do not believe you will be able to find another product as good as this one with the same price or cheaper. I am a satisfied customer.
