Bose to me it’s the best of the best. Great overall sound on their products except this headphones they don’t fit and when I try to make them fit just hurt my ears. I was absolutely sad I gave them to my husband for his birthday and he had the same experience.

I purchased these for when cut the lawn and go on walks in the earlyAM. I loved the quality, but.....the sound level sucks. They are not loud what so ever. So if there is background noise, you can still hear it if your wearing these. I would have given 3 stars but the price is the reason why I didn’t.

Great sound but unfortunately it is too big and felt as if they would fall out.

The battery life doesn't more than 2 hours, very disappointing. The headphones are bulky and stick up a lot from the ear, Overall the sound is great, but the charge doesn't last. I would not recommend this items to anyone.

Didn’t like the size and thought that it should have noise cancellation for the price.

Not soundproof. People can still hear my background noise.

The pairing was difficult and answering calls doesn't always work.

I bought these with high hopes, imagining myself on long runs, but quickly realized upon using them that they were so large, that the sound was distorted by the up and down movements of the headphones themselves. They are just too big to really be effective at this point.

If you want a mediocre pair of wireless earbuds these are for you. Great for music.. crappy for FaceTime as well as other apps... these seem to disconnect whenever they want. Would only recommend for running with music everything else sucks

The left ear bud goes in and out randomly. will be seeing the squad about it.

I have a small ear and THESE THINGS HURT! I had to return them because after 1 hour of having them in it would hurt my ear soooo bad! Not worth it even though the sounds quality was good

Bose came up with another great experience with the SoundSport Free headphones. I love that I could pop open the charging case, pull out the earbuds, and they would power and pair with my phone right away. When I was done listening, I could just put them back in the charging case, feel them seat into place thanks to the built in magnets and power off. Setup was simple with the Bose Connect app on my iPhone. I was able to quickly pair the earbuds to my phone and get to playing music. The app guided me through pairing and naming the earbuds, and it even contained a step where it would cycle through random fun names for the ear buds if you don’t want to stick to the default device name. The app also provides you with a product tour feature on how to use the various buttons on the ear buds as well as provides you with a method to receive any firmware updates Bose my push out. Also, if the thought of losing these ear buds crossed your mind, the Connect app can help alleviate that fear. With the “Find My Buds” feature enabled, you can view the last known location of the earbuds, both left and right separately, on a map. If you get close enough to pair to them but still need help finding them, you can trigger a sound. It makes the selected earbud play a sound that slowly increases in volume and was easily audible from a few feet away. The earbuds performed well in a variety of settings. I took them to work to help drown out the sounds of coworkers in the open floor plan I have at work. The earbuds put out a lot of volume. I was able to comfortably listen to music at about 50% volume. I also wore them on several walks and runs with my dog as well as while mowing the grass. I was able to clearly hear music as well as audio podcasts in multiple environments. As well as providing great quality audio and volume, they also fit well in my ears. The provided tips fit securely in place. I never felt like the ear buds were loose or going to fall out of my ears, even while I was sweating. If the default size doesn’t work, they also come with tips a size up and down to swap out. The right earbud has the primary controls. There is a volume up and down button and a middle button to control the audio (press to play/pause, double press to skip to the next track). The battery life was pretty good. I fully charged the charging case using the included USB cable and took these to work. I was able to use them for a few hours a day for over a week before the charging case was depleted. At that point, the earbuds were still charged and good for several more hours. It was a good feeling to pull these out of the case and hear the Bose voice say “battery 100 percent” each time. The case has 5 LEDs on the front to indicate the relative charge remaining, and the ear buds sync with the app as well as iOS to communicate their remaining battery life. Overall, this is a very good set of earbuds with which I’m very pleased.

Bought to enjoy with my new Apple Watch. Disappointed to find out only the right ear would play sound when connected to the watch. They both work with the phone both work. But who wants to carry the phone when the are running.

This ear piece did not work out for my husband it just bothered his ear.

These ear buds are good. But when I would run they would fall out. Bgg

To difficult to use. Now needs firmware I don't know how to install.
