If you have issues with the fitting of the Headphones, You can swap out the eartips with the different sized tips that are included in the box.

I had to exchange the product. Even trying the smallest ear fitting piece it was to big for me. Best Buy made my whole process hassle free. Great customer service!

Great sound, a little bulky

The sound on the Soundsport Frees are exceptional, just as the previous versions. I have small ears and have a problem with other headphones staying in my ears, apple ones especially. The Soundsport free headphones are extremely comfortable and haven't fallen out of my ears yet. I've worn hem while running several miles, working out, and doing yard work. No issues what so ever! I've read others having connectivity issues, not me. Battery life is amazing and the charging port comes in very handy. The 1 reason I take off a star is they do stick out fairly far. I was spoiled with the wired version and get that the trade off with wireless had to make them a little larger. You won't be able to wear a stocking cap in the winter they are so large. If you don't mind the size, they are perfect. Hopefully technology will allow a reduction in size on their next version. Love bose for great sound, comfort, and 1st class customer service.

Instead I returned them and got the Samsung buds. I highly recommend better fit sound and you can really noticed them you have them on
