Recently however the right bud, dies after 5mins of using them. Its so disappointing, to find out they only have a year long warranty. (Im over the year of course). I would have never bought such expensive headphones had i known that within 13months of using them they would break down. I family has been loyal customers of bose my entire 30yrs of life. I was so happy and content with these and now they tell me I have to buy new ones because im no longer within the warranty year. Thanks but no thanks, unfortunately ill be sure to pick a different company with a longer warranty.

Wireless in Ear and Soundsport Free

Hearing the name Bose, I think quality but both versions of these are far from that. There wireless version has a wire that connects the two ear pieces together that frayed twice. The clip provided to hook the headphones to your shirt is a key contributor in causing the wire to fray. So I returned then and opted for the Bose Soundsport Free. I purchased them on 8/27/19 and one of the ear pieces doesn't work. I've tried all the troubleshooting recommendations to no success. I have the Geek Squad Protection Plan... we'll see how many headaches I get when I try to return/exchange them. I would never buy these nor recommend them to anyone.

The earbuds pop right in with the help of magnets. It's fun every time. Since I have charged the case, the earbuds are always ready to do. I have not worn them long enough at one time to kill the charge. The sound quality is very good. I have not had any lag in the sound. My music sounds fantastic, and audio books sound like the person is right there reading to me. I have not watched videos with these. I mainly use them for working out; walking, running and weight lifting. I have had several phone calls with them and everyone has heard me and I have heard them. I have not had any problems with them falling out. They are as comfortable as can be asked of items that are inside your ear canal. The complete lack of wires is very cool. I wear them and often people don't even know that I have them on. This makes it great for covert audio book listening. Overall, these are a solid purchase. The sound and quality is good. The fit comfortably and don't tend to fall out. If they get lost, you can track them and locate them again. That does takes the worry out of a totally wireless experience. I was part of a testing event for this set of ear buds. I was not paid to test them.

Many times a dropped earbud can occur when there is interference between the source device and headphones. We would be curious to know if you've tried all three sizes of the included StayHear+ Sport eartips. Some users have benefited from trying a different size in each ear. Short Life, Poor Range, Not Bose best product

They don't hold a charge. Headphones or charging case. They drain entirely too quickly. They're not practical because you're always afraid you're going to drop a call. They also have a very poor range, I'm talking a couple feet and they start to lose connection. It's really rather poor. I much preferred Bose earlier Blutooth to these wireless headphones.
