The headphones were way to big for me had to replace.

Wow! I really didn't expect a fully wireless headphone to have a loud bassy response. Let alone stay in my ear despite vigorous activity. These little guys may be small, but they pack a big loud sound and are quite comfortable to wear. I have little fear of them falling out of place. The travel case they come with is a handy little portable charger as well. They come with a pretty steep price tag, but I would give them a recommend if you're looking for a good set of headphones and you still want some mobility while jamming out.

After 5 workouts these earbuds fell out 5 timesbad

The sound quality is great whenever they work, constantly quitting on left side and then turning off completely after about 3 songs. I have a 50.00 pair that work better than these. Very disappointed in Bose.

SOMETIMES ECHOS, BUT OVERALL IT'S VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE.

The Bose SoundSport Free Wireless Headphones are really a premium quality set of headphones (well, ear buds really). If you are familiar at all with using Bose products then the quality and performance will not surprise you. Typical Bose perfection! The headphones fit beautifully and do not feel heavy or bulky. I was a little worried they would be at first but they are fine. The design with the case is really well thought out and works great. Bose is not the first company to come out with this type of small ear buds, but I do think they have perfected them. You might not expect the sound to be very rich or full from looking at them but you would be wrong. The sound is amazing. Beautiful highs and plenty of bass. Connection with the device of your choice (tablet, phone or what have you ) is easy and solid. Battery life is excellent as well. If I had anything I would list as a "con" for these it is that if you get the volume up to a moderate level people near you will know what you are listening to. However, this really isn't a fault of this particular product so much as it is an element of there design. Making them small and easy to just fit in your ear without having any real padding around the outside is bound to lead to the sound leaking out. I really don't think you can make a powerful ear bud like this and not have that happen. But again, this is just at moderate to higher volume levels. If you need a small, discrete, easy to carry and to use set of headphones but insist on top quality sound then these are for you.

Good sound but constantly adjusting buds in my ear

Found out, after hours of trying, that these headphones will NOT correctly pair with a Windows10 computer (Mac works fine). Going through the many steps required to get both sides to play sound still will NOT help with the sound delay when watching videos.

I love bose and all there products but these had me angry the left ear bud cuts out the battery don't hold a charge like it says it would I tried all attachments and they still come loose and fall out of my ears.

These may sound great, but they hurt my ears so bad that I had to return them. It wasn't just mine either. My husband did not like his either because they were either too loose or too tight and hurt his ears. Both sets were returned within 6 days.

Drops connection every time, Bose had to replace with a new pair and guess what they dot stay connected either. Now they have decided to replace a second time. Thought I was buying a premium product. Nope

Keeps falling out of the ear and very bulky. Good sound quality but not good for any sports or gym or any activity

Had to returned them because they gave me to many problems.... they disconnect all the time and the fit is a little big for my ears.... I'm 6'1" and I couldn't fine a good fit, Not worth the money.

Returned because I did not like the look/fit of these. Stick out very far from ear and didn't seem to stay in during exercise. Switched to apple airpods which work great, but are a drop in sound performance.

I returned it because there is no sense to have it and there is big gap deleted video to audio .so better not buy if You plan to watch video clips

Very disappointed . Have a few Bose products , never had issues with them. Was excited about these , letdown when I tried connecting them, no matter what I did, left bud just didn’t work. Had to return.

These chronically provide intermittent sound. They can be the same distance from the provider and still cut sound out...I even took it to the Bose store where they were aware of the issue and updated the item...issue continues. May end up returning.

I purchased 2 sets of Bose Earbuds. A set of Bose - SoundSport Free True Wireless Headphones Jan 8th 2020 and a set of Bose - Sport Earbuds True Wireless In-Ear Earbuds - Glacier White on November 20th 2020. I spent $369 over all on these earbuds. The tooth on the charging case snapped on 1 set. They do not charge any more. The other set let approximately 50 minutes before the battery runs out. I am very disappointed in the quality of Bose so far. Will you replace these headphones?

Everything was great...BUT the left ear disconnecting from the right bud. Looked it up and multiple people had the same issue and there was no resolution from Bose.

Total garbage! Constantly drops audio. More for the left bud, but right will drop also when you move more than 3-4 ft from your device. Even had music slow down like an old turntable on the wrong speed. I should have read more reviews and looked into the Bose support page, many complaints and no answers to fix the problem, other than clear out connected devices and hope for the best. Very annoying during workouts.
