I was looking for wireless buds to keep at work and I have always been a fan of Bose products. These buds worked great in the beginning, but now 8 months later, the buds do not last very long and the case is horrible. If I turn on the buds with 70% charge, within 1 hour of just listening to music, the buds die. As for the case, if I do not keep the case plugged in, it will lose its charge within the course of a day. Looking for new ear buds.

The left ear can only be used by itself only if the right ear is completely dead. I was told this after purchase when I asked another user. Other brands you can use any ear at anytime.

I am sorry for any confusion here. In the SoundSport Free headphones, the signal path runs from the source device to the right earbud which then sends it to the left earbud. The left earbud cannot be used on its own.

One of the worst headphones from Bose. When I watch TV, I experienced a lag between voice and sounds. Returned this and bought an Airpod and it worked like a charm.

It stays snug in your ear....thats about it. Sound constantly disconnects and freezes. I got this because I was hesitant about the apple airpods. Returned these and tried the airpods, so much better!

These are soo clunky and I had to return them because something about the design I was allergic to. I literally had a red ear and a lot of irritation from wearing them for only a few minutes.

I could not keep these buds in my ear. I returned them for Beats over the ear type wireless headphones. I love most Bose products so I was disappointed when I had to return them.
