I love Bose but this needs a little tweaking, it does not fit and if when I tried was very uncomfortable. Great sound but to hard on my ears.

Don't know how well they work. I tried them on and they're Very Uncomfortable. So I've Never Used them I just.put them back into the Box.

I was greatly disappointed, when after 2 years, the battery life on this product reduced to ~ half hour. This made this product totally useless.

I wanted to try this product out because I was interested in the wireless aspect of these earbuds. I have a ton of hair and I'm never standing or sitting in one place more than 2 mins so these buds were great for me because I'm not hooked up to any cords or wires and I can walk into any other room of my home without losing connection. The sound quality is great! I love using them to talk on the phone while doing house chores! I even took a shower with them in and they never fell out of my ear once! I love that I can just pop them back into the case and the case charges them up without having to be plugged in. The battery life is very long! I can use them all day without having to recharge. They never get tangled in my hair and If you lose them, the app will find them for you! These earbuds are seriously really awesome for so many reasons! You MUST get them!

They hook up pretty easily but with an IPhone you don’t get to access all the features like the AirPods. They die significantly faster and also take a little longer to charge too.

I was told these work independently of each other. That’s not the case. Only the right one does. The left one only works when you are using the right as well.

So I want to get what In really like about these Bluetooth Earbuds out of the way. The case feels premium and works really well and even fits inside of your pocket so it's travel capability is just fantastic. The earbuds themselves definitely fit inside your ear really well and it does come with adjustable tips to fit your ears. Sound quality is fantastic for the most part and sound on par with what I would expect at this price range. The noise cancellation is very good though I suspect that it is not active and is just a very good passive noise cancellation. Well I've got quite a bit that I didn't care for with the earbuds though a lot of it can be worked out. For one the pairing process was....mediocre. I can't quite tell if the pairing process was more adapted towards an iPhone, but with my Google Pixel the process took several minutes and attempts and the startup guide that it comes with just tells you to follow the on-screen prompts which didn't work several times. Eventually it just decided to work when it wasn't even supposed to have been finished, and I decided whatever and started using them. Initial experience was very positive sound was good, loud, and balanced. The in-ear controls were difficult for me to get to so I could never use these for a workout which I feel like really is one of the bigger points of these style of completely wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. Then the big thing that infuriated me happened, it started dropping audio at first I just wrote it off and turned them off and started it back up, but it kept happening. Not consistently, but often enough that it really took away from my experience. For something that is priced to be a premium version of Apple AirPods I expect an experience that would expand on what the concept can do, and I just don't see it in Bose's product. It's definitely still good, but it sure is disappointing.

Sound quality and volume was horrible for the price. My AirPods sounded better and are much smaller with a better battery life.

I contacted Bose and they plan on releasing an update but as for now the delay is so bad I can’t even play PUBG with which is the whole reason I bought them very disappointed

So had these for about 2 months and the left ear bud turns off often when on. I paid too much for this.

Connection not good keeps disconnecting from each other makes weird noises at times low battery life. Returning this item to Best Buy

Left earphones are the weaklings. Stop working after 6 months. Phone talks work only on right headphone and that’s by design.

I own a lot of Bose products and am pretty happy with most of them, but this one was, sadly, a dismal failure after the first use. Bose Soundsport are too big and heavy.

I like to concept of wireless but these were really to heavy and gave me a headache. I tried them for several days to see if I would like the but ended up returning them

Had great sound initially, but the left one went out right away... and they would only hold a full charge for a few hours.

Had them less than 2 weeks. I read other reviews saying that the wireless would drop. Well that’s exactly what happens EVER USE. One or the other buds would loose signal while just listening to them sitting down. This happened immediately and i thought, huh it’s nit too bad... fast forward to ever single time i used them it would cut in and out (Loose signal). Plus the overall sound quality isn’t there for something so expensive. Took them back and rebought beats by Dre again. The sound is much much better.

Great headphones but had a Bluetooth problem that stayed with this version.

I used all the different ear bud sizes but none seemed to work for me they still kept falling off when I was running

For some reason the left earbud keeps going out when in use and they don't pause or play from the button on right earbud at times will be returning them asap

The ear pieces didn’t fit that well and I tried all of the ones supplied. WAY to much background noise can be heard and I expected more from A Bose product.
