Bose® - SoundSport® Free wireless headphones - Orange doesn't work with youtube app.

Sadly it's good brand but horrible quality. Unsatisfactory item.

Sadly you can hear voice calls on one ear only. Seems like it is behind 20 years in technology because of this issue. Returned the product. Not recommended.

Bad battery holding time. Just 4 hours not 5 as bose claims.

Too big and bulky ... battery does not last very long and can not use the left side alone .. right side must be used at the same time. At my job we are only allowed to cover 1 ear .. with these I can only use the right side.

They are not loud enough I can’t hear the music over nose around me

The earbuds are for convenience. Although, they do the complete opposite. The earbuds only allow you to hear calls with the right earbud only. In addition, the earbuds are too big and walking a little fast makes them bob up and down. They your best to look else where to buy bluetooth headphones.

I was told product were good but I just thought they weren’t that good

Husband bought them for mother's day and they are big and bulky.

This purchase was so upsetting. The left earbud hasn’t worked or synced since taking the product out of the box. My husband spent 6 hours researching how to fixit, but was never able to get it working. Will be returning this worthless product.

I love Bose but these are not worth the money. DBT

The headphones keep getting disconnected from the Bluetooth while working out, tried different things and still don’t work correctly, unfortunately the store only allows 2 weeks to return them, when usually it’s 30 days for other things. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I love Bose quality of products. I already own the Bose SoundSport Pulse Wireless Headphones which are earbuds connected by a small wire. The Bose SoundSport Free Wireless Headphones are the next progression for me as they are similar but without the wire connecting the earbuds. It comes with a rechargeable charging storage case that goes everywhere with me because I use these earbuds everyday and throughout my day. Anytime they are not in my ear, they are in this storage case otherwise easy to lose. And what's nice about that case is that these are getting recharged as well as being stored and protected. So I'm really never out of batteries. I primarily use these earbuds for listening to music while jogging and for listening to music in between of taking business calls. The sound quality is so far absolutely exceptional for both, music and calls, and as long as my iPhone is relatively close by. It's best to wear both earbuds when listening to music because there's a good balance between the two. However, when taking calls, only the right side is needed as it is made to only receive calls from the right side earbud. It works similar to a Bluetooth ear-piece for any phone. The recipients of my phone calls are telling me that I sound crisp and clear, as long as there isn't other outside noise in the room. Unfortunately, the other noises also come in crisp and clear, presenting too much interference. Also, the earbuds are a bit bulky like my others, but it's easy to get used to, and more importantly, they stay in place well when I'm jogging. I put them through a rigorous workout with the fear that they may fall out, yet and much to my surprise, they beat my test. I received these earbuds for a period of three weeks in exchange for honest feedback. This review is solely my own.

Only the right ear phone works. You can only talk on the right. You cannot listen to anything without the right ear phone. The left is useless without the right. The case is amazing but it doesn’t help if I do not need to use the left ear phone, it’s always in the case.

These are a great start for Bose going "truly" wireless. PROS- - Small - Lightweight - Stays in ears well CONS - Audio desync when watching videos. - Had some mild stutter just after initial setup, hasn't happened since but it made me nervous. I have trouble recommending these - they're a great start, but they don't justify the price just yet. I'd recommend another of Bose's products - the other SoundSport wireless they have with the wire running between them. They don't have the latency issues, and are a much more reasonable price.

I love how discreet the headphones are. They work together or as individual stand-alone single-ear headphones. What makes this purchase feasible is the feature on the app that can track the headphones if and when you lose them. Whether jogging or walking, the inner-ear web design works great for staying in the ear. I enjoyed the built-in microphone for making easy calls, but the buttons are a tad small. I mistakenly press the wrong buttons when trying to turn the volume up or answer a call. The sound quality, however, is amazing. Totally clear and immersive!
