Hurts to wear. Tried with every size gummy piece. Want to return to best buy but took me a couple too many days to find one of the gummy earpiece things to return with it. Not sure which is worse, the uncomfortable earbuds or best buy's return policy.

Bought these on b.f. they dont dont fit properly in the ear cranial, it just sticks our and looks bulky and weird. When not in use it suffocating my hearing. I will be returning. The firing is way off and they fall out.

I love these headphones. As an avid runner and user of the now two-year old Soundsport Wireless headphones, my expectations were high. However, being Bose and the product they are, they met my criteria. Held up in sweat, light rain, and battery life was great, clocking in about one week for average of 40 minutes running. The charge case is an excellent idea, and love the convenience of it. Never found any dropped connections or anything, and not once did I have issues of them falling out of my ears. Easily worth the price, and highly recommended.

I have hardly used these headphones. And while I love Bose and their products these were too heavy and uncomfortable in my ears. I could not wear them for very long. Disappointed and looking again. Blue tooth connectivity was super easy to set up.

These were great for almost the first year (except that they are very bulky). But then they stopped holding a charge for more than about 20 minutes. They were pricey and I am very very disappointed.

The headphones lasted one month before one of the buds stopped working. I took them back to Best Buy and we had to pay an addition $40 if I wanted the new set to be covered. Again, one month. I don't recommend them nor will I continue to shop at best buy.

The SD card reader is non-functional. Inserting a recorded SD card, it says it is unable to read the files. Inserting the same SD card into a different make of SD card reader, on another computer, showed the video files. Junk.

Garbage....Just plain garbage. Bose wound up Refunding me all of the money that I paid for this product. I had higher expectations because it was a Bose product but of course they never met their high-quality expectations

Bose® - SoundSport® Free wireless headphones - Blue

Sound quality and bass are excellent. They are comfortable in the ear, and the stayhere + sport tips really are stable. They are great for listening to music. They still have a rather significant problem when playing video. There is a severe lag between video and audio in many (but not all) cases. This apparently has been a problem for months, and Bose recently (12/7/17) issued a firmware update to try to fix it. The fix worked only partially. I can play video on my iPhone using Safari, Music, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. I can't use it for YouTube. It has the same lag when I pair it with a bluetooth transmitter attached to my TV. I really wanted to use them with my TV, so I ordered a new bluetooth transmitter with APTX - I don't know if it will work or not - Bose has said that the firmware update will work with devices (and apps) that follow the AVDTP protocol. But, APTX is supposed to help with latency. It was only $22, so here's hoping. Bottom line, if you are using them for music only, I would recommend them highly. They sound great and the tips isolate sound much better than Airpods. If you want to use them for video, this is not a good choice. Bose claims that the lag results because the bluetooth is received by the right but, and then it is re-transmitted to the left. They claim that a certain amount of lag is inevitable. Their engineers apparently have never put on a pair of Airpods, which somehow manage to each receive BT signal.

Worked amazing at first, these are advertised as having at least 5 hours of battery life on a full charge. I usually get a little less than 1 hour battery life on a full charge.

I had a difficult time trying to find and install the software that would help me configured my wireless headphone to my computer. It is also too bulky in the ears. Often worried that it may fall off my ears.

These wireless headphones are very impressive! They over exceeded all of my expectations. I was concerned they would fall out of my ears while running because most do but nope! These fit perfectly into my ears and stay in. They are very comfortable to! The sound they put out is amazing and I love the charging case that comes with them! I highly recommend these!

I have had Bose headphones in the past. Previously I had the wired soundsport headphones. I decided to "upgrade" to wireless headphones so I purchased these. Maybe mine were faulty but they constantly cut out and had poor sound quality

I have had the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Headphones for a little over a week now, and I have been absolutely amazed by these earbuds. The main reason I was so surprised by the performance was because of the size of these ear buds. The sound that comes out from the Soundsport Free is super clear and just sounds so amazing. I was quite surprised by the bass because it is really strong and noticeable in these headphones that are quite small. This is a huge advantage because bass usually lacks in these in-ear type of earbuds. The reason I wanted this product and my favorite thing about this product is the wireless capabilities. It is so much better than having to deal with wires and I would never go back to any wired headphones after having these. The charging/holding pod of these earbuds come in and stay in when you are not using them is a really nice design, and it is not too bulky when you are carrying it around in your pocket. A good thing about the Soundsport Wireless Free headphones are they block out a lot of external noise, but you are still able to be aware of your surroundings. Setup is super quick and easy; Bluetooth pairing takes place when you lift the earbuds out of the pod. Overall, the design and feel of the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless earphones are really nice and have a high-quality feeling. I would 100% recommend these to anyone in the market for a premium and high-quality sounding set of earbuds.
