I didn't like them first they didn't always work one side would play music but not the otherside. Second these things are way to big and not very comfortable for me.

This is my first pair of wireless headphones and I love the freedom of the cord. The sound is really good when listening to podcasts and streaming music. They are very lightweight you forget they are in your ears after a few minutes. They are a little bulkier so that takes getting used to when you first get them. I love that you can track them through the Bluetooth connectivity. The headphones have 5 hours of charge and the case has 10 hours which is great for me as a daily train commuter. I have used this for phone calls but I find it hard to navigate so I have to get better with practice. Bose has great products I have their corded headphones and a speaker already, I find they are high quality and worth every penny. They stand by their warranties as well.

None of the ear pieces hold snug in my ear when walking. Signal drops frequently. Case will not maintain a battery charge more than 2 days.

Have problems with them.Not happy at all. I have quite a few speakers and love them. I have apple AirPods much easier to use and sound is great.They are 1st generation.

We bought these because an employee told us the noise cancellation was fantastic and it is awful. I can only hear the background noise and can barely hear the person speaking.

I have been using the Bose SoundSport Free Wireless earbuds for a little over 2 weeks and I am amazed by the quality. The sound quality of these wireless earbuds outweigh in comparison to other similar earbuds I have used. These earbuds also fit well in my ears and stay in place which has always been a struggle for me because I have small ears. The SoundSport Free Wireless earbuds are so simple to use. The app was easily found and download was quick. The app allows for personalized settings and I love the find my earbuds feature. This will definitely come in handy if I ever misplace one or both. I use these earbuds daily for work and exercise. The battery life exceeds my initial expectations. I get approximately 5 hours of use when fully charged. They also charge quite quickly; a full charge is achieved within about 2 hours. The Bose SoundSport Free Wireless earbuds are and will continue to my earbud of choice. I highly recommend them.

My product blue tooth capabilities does work all the time. I expected more from Bose. I also asked the clerk at Besy Buy to explain to me more about the product but he said he was to busy

They don't last very long. I put the on to play games and they last for a short time which is very disappointing. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Terrible lag when being used for watching videos. The person on the screen talks or does something and there is a second delay there to make things unwatchable.

I have been using these for the last one week! I love the sound quality! Completely premium! And happy with the Bluetooth performance. I am able to move about my house without any drop-outs and even through the walls. When I took it out for a run, I experienced couple of quick left bud switching! When I moved my phone to my right armband, this problem went away! The carry case is a good addition. Though the run time of 5 hours works just fine for me!

Got these headphones a couple weeks ago, and have used them a ton. Great battery life, comfortable, and no issues staying in ear. Sound quality is good for the indoors which is where I typically use them. Setup and connecting to phone was simple. Favorite running headphones I have found so far.

not look good to use too big and easy to loose in your ear.wish to change other product.but i already returned two product to have this.but same things im not satified.

There is huge lag between the video and audio. Definitely not worth the money spent. These pair of ear phones are meant for people who uses only during their workout

Battery drained itself three times in 25 days. I used these once since I purchased them. Definitely not worth the money and most importantly, not your typical BOSE quality.

It's really neat for phone calls and the mic works really well too. But it can't play music from both ears at the same time? That was a deal breaker for me.

These earbuds are horrible!! I couldn't unplug my ears for month after I stopped using them.. I won't even try and resell them they're that bad

Very disappointed in these earbuds. It is like the sound doesn’t turn up all the way. Took them back after a few days.

I’m able to listen to music or audio books where I work so I really wanted a wireless headset that had a long battery life along with good quality sound. The Bose Soundsport wireless headphones are perfect. The sound quality is amazing. The battery life I think is beyond the 5 hour that it promises. The charging case is compact and it charges the headphones quickly. The ear buds stay in place and are very comfortable during my work hours, vigorous exercise and long runs. I love the fact that if by chance you do loose one you can use your phone to find it. I haven’t had to use this feature because they stay put but it’s nice to have that reassurance. Answering and placing a call takes a little bit of practice. To make a call you press center of the designated toggle button on the right ear bud. The same is required in answering a call. I felt that the sound quality is still very good and the person on the other end could hear me clearly.
