Purchased theses retuned them the next day. Sound quality was not good at all. The power beats pro sound way better and are the same price

Lots of issues with synching the blue tooth, and synching across the two headphones. Left headphone's battery dies a lot earlier than the right headphone.

Hello guys i think they might be with warranty because i bought them on february , what can i do ?? they stopped working the dont event turn on.

One side goes on & off & not worth the money. Thought the expensive product meant better quality but I'm sure cheaper ones would work just as bad or even better

Not good the sound not good at all very very low Sound not enought bass took them back to the store got a refund would not recommend!!

I’ve been using the Bose Soundsport Free and I am so pleased. I have used many Bose products in the past, so I am used to high-quality headphones; however, these are off the scales. The earbuds are comfortable, noise-cancelling, and TRULY cordless. They connected to my phone almost instantaneously, so that was great because I am not always great in the technology department. These are perfect for any use, whether you are working out or just using them for leisure. I have found that they are fantastic for running long distances, and I have had no issues with the batteries. (In my experience with the product, the battery seems to stay charged for about a week, but this depends on how often you are using them!) The case is another selling point for me because they charge within their case. This makes it easier not to lose the individual earbuds. Please take my word on these earbuds especially if you are a runner.

I use these daily, and there so much right about these with only one annoyance. Pros: Excellent sound quality Great battery life Awesome case included that charges buds through micro usb Comfortable Cons: Still too spotty with random but brief cut outs of audio. This is the only complaint I have, but it’s an important one for me. As someone who uses these multiple hours per day, it gets incredibly annoying when audio randomly cuts out in an ear. I’ve tried on multiple phones but the problem still persists. Overall, Bose has an awesome product that I can recommend. The sound quality is still top notch, and I will continue to use them every day.

I expected Bose to have the best handsfree ear buds, these are all but unusable for phone calls. Way too much background noise!!

High latency and you can only get sound from one ear during phone calls. Absolutely NOT recommended!

I've been buying Bose products for years. I have 4 pairs of the earbud styles, the first being wired, second being bluetooth with a wire, and the 2 sets of true wireless. I was getting fed up with snagging the wires on things at the gym so I wanted to try true wireless. These seem like they have a little better sound than the ones with the wires. I would have given these 5 stars if an equalizer would have been offered in the app.

The BOSE Soundsport Free Wireless earbuds are surprisingly comfortable. I was expecting to be constantly adjusting them to get a comfortable fit inside my ears and chasing after them on my runs due to the fact that there isn't a cord connecting the two together or a clip to anchor it to your clothing but that isn't the case with these headphones! They stay right in place inside your ears. I selected the medium ear fitting and they work perfectly but love that I have two more options included in the set. The hard shell caring case is equipped with a charging station so you don't have to worry about plugging in two different earbuds and you can use a universal mini USB cord. The carrying case makes it convenient for storing, protected by the hardness of the case and transporting your earbuds safely. I highly recommend the BOSE Soundsport Free Wireless earbuds to anyone looking a comfortable fit headphone!

After trying them. They wouldn’t stay in my ear they would fall out and had to stop workout to put it back in. Even after I changed the plugs to other sizes

When on the phone, one has to be in your ear all time. to much money not to be optional with left or right for phone use;

the great device very annoying and not convenient, easy to use it gave me a headache every time I used it bose can do better.

These were so uncomfortable.. my ears were plugged for months even after I returned them.. got the beats pro and they're amazing

Just got mine through Best Buy. Sound quality is good. I do not mind the size, though they are noticeable. My main complaint is that they cannot be used individually. You can use the right side by itself, but not the left one. That alone is a drawback. That is what I liked the most about my AirPods. Got these because the AirPods refuse to stay in my ear even with a sleeve on the AirPod. I got 10 hours (five each) out of the AirPods when using individually. Both have mics so they can make and take phone calls individually while the other is charging. In essence you can use the AirPods (not recommending you do that) 20 hours straigh if you use them separately with only charging the AirPods in the case overnight. I am yet to try the other eartips but the one that comes with this is a little uncomfortable. Maybe it is too big for my ears and need to try a smaller one.

Had Airbuds replaced three times because connection to mobile phone/iPad failed. Have Bose ear phones for three weeks and am consistently pleased.

Now on pair #3. The left headphone repeatedly disconnects and the charger will only work when plugged in. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Do not like these Bose. I like the other Bose that were$199. I hate they don’t carry them in the store anymore.

Dontreally like these returned them in a day. They just fall off when you run but everyone is different
