My pair gave up during a 6 mile run. The ear sweats affects this product. I returned mine for a different product.

Product is fine but Beavercreek OH store has horrible service and poorly trained associates.

The Bose SoundSport Free headphones are a great addition to the Bose family tree. The sound is excellent. Crisp clear tones and a good range. Not excessively heavy with the bass. I would be happier with a slightly higher volume ceiling. They fit well and stay in place with most activities, although they are a bit protruding. The wireless capability is excellent. I found the volume and control buttons to be less responsive then I believe they should be. I love the case and charging capability. The ability to track down and find a lost earbud is a well thought out and appreciated feature. Overall very impressed, and would recommend them over the wired Soundsport.

Constant left earbud sound drop off even after firmware update. At this price point kind of ridiculous the product doesn't work as intended.

After just a couple of months one of using them one ear piece stopped working, I tried everything to fix them but nothing worked.

The earphones would not stay in no matter what I did. They also didn’t stay in any of my family members ears. Save your money.

The side buttons do not work at all no matter what I do even after updating the software through their website

The sound quality is inferior to Apple Air Buds. The Bose headphones sound muffled & cost $50.00 more than the Apple headphones.

Had to return was not as compatible as mention better of buying a less more reliable headphone

There is nothing here that is as good as you can get with a pair of stupid AirPods... go beats, these Bose are terrible

I loved these, great sound but less than a year later and the right one doesnt power up so they are useless.

Too big … not even comfortable Better go for AirPods Pro … spend little more money

Always had to clear my Bluetooth list to try to connect between my computer and phone.. finally just had to return them

They shouldn’t be Bose. Sounds quality are bad. Returned them. Also the left one keep falling out of my ear.

I was skeptical that these wireless headphones would work well while I was working out. I was wrong. The design of the buds keep your headphones in place while doing a full workout. The sound quality was even better than what I had expected. Both earbuds work together to prove a studio quality sound. The freedom of not having a wire to get caught on was priceless.I was afraid they would be heavy in my ear, not the case at all. You have 5 hours battery life and 10 hours of additional charging provided by the case. Along with the good, there are downfalls. The control button between the volume keys is very, very tight. I also do not like that I cannot turn them off via the button on the headphone. Overall they are good headphones and I enjoy them highly.

Sound quality isn’t that great. Didn’t like that u had to download a seperate app to use them

I wanted headphones for gym and daily day to life purpose. I bought them and after using them for 4 weeks I would say these are the exact headphones I was looking for. It is very easy to just put on these headphones and perform all my exercises. Very comfortable and firm grip(During my exercises in gym, they never fell off and the sound is very great). Very portable and the battery life is also amazing. It comes with portable case which have a battery and can charge the headphones 5 times. This made my life easier and I don't have to worry about the charging. The design of this product is superb and it is not bulky and weight is also very less. I already placed order for 2 more for my brother and father and will advice my friends to buy these.
